A couple of things I love: that Charles changed his beneficiary to Kay, and how Chad’s own dumb text about the pet cemetery basically blew the case wide open! Also how are they so dumb as to keep the tools they used in their ghastly crime?!
And Lori & Chad being so stupid as to laughing about their project & using stupid metaphors about extreme pools & people being ignorant about what was in the backyard. If it wasn’t for that jailhouse phone call they might not have found the kids. They basically led them right to the spot according to detectives.

What was the point of Tylee's friend testimony?
i assume the defense was trying to establish that jj’s mom wasnt ad motherly as his sister- maybe threw s little shade through inferences at Lori but it appeared to do nothing in the chad trial
To show Tylee as human and alive. Not just what remained of her. To show her alive in AZ and within a very short time her life was taken from her.
to remind everyone how young she was, to remind us she was like all of us as a teen, that she was vulnerable, that shewas a real person…unknowingly living with monsters….she didn’t see it coming, she trusted her family to care for her. heinous crime, just unbelievable people can do this to their children, or any children.
They had her friend up there to prove that she got along with alex and her mom till she went to idaho around chad

This court has more tech difficulties than any I have ever watched... get with the times!!! Why couldn't it have failed while we suffered through the smutty storytime 🤮
