Sofia is the capital of Bulgaria (Europe) and our metro was opened in 1998.Now,we have 3 metro lines and 4 routes.The system is around 52km.long and have 47 stations.Lines 1 and 2 use 52 russian-made(Metrovagonmash) trains with asynchronous Hitachi motors.Line 3 have 30-four car Siemens Inspiro trains and overhead catenary.
