What an incredible stroke of luck for the Oilers - not only do they avoid Vegas 1st round, it's guaranteed now that they can only meet Dallas or Vegas(two best teams in west), not both, and it can't happen till conference final. Just went from likely 1st round loss to potential conference final because Vegas lost to worst team in the league.
Not tough, Leafs are the Leafs. Will get stymied by Bruins goaltending and lose in 7. Except this year they will be the better team, wont matter.
Some teams just have other teams numbers. Boston has Toronto's number. Marchand and his line, Pasternak and his line... they just are able to do whatever they want out there with absolutely zero push back from the Leafs. It's been that way for multiple seasons. I have zero faith in Toronto's goaltending, especially if you are asking them to compete with two of the top goalies in the league with the Bruins. This where the Shanaplan finally ends.
Prediction: Boston in 4. I hope the Leafs prove me wrong.

The 'Ullmark Choked' thing is more that Ullmark was injured and shouldn't have been playing.
They never disclosed what the injury was, but just the movement it seemed like it was a rib or something, but it was reported as a 'Debilitating and painful injury that limited mobility and technique' and you could see it as he was playing he couldn't lift the blocker-side of his body
I hope they go with what's been working, alternate them. No discussion, just alternate them like all season, their save percentage is 0.001% apart and they play well like that, don't mess with it.

Capitals arent winning but they're stingy decensive system and goaltending will cause the rangers some issue's.

It def cant be based on goaltending or playoff experience. Im not trying to knock Toronto but come on. They have a chance to win of course they do every team can beat any other team but saying its hardest to predict might be the dumbest thing written about two teams.

Jeff - Stuart Skinner gets pulled when Oilers team defense breaks down. When they are good, he is good - and there is NO indication that Bouchard has fixed his defensive issues.

I agree with a lot of that list, but Vegas over Oilers is not as difficult as you make it. You overrate the Oilers. Their team defense is still not at championship level. Canucks -Predators is MORE difficult than you make it. Canucks have not looked as good since the all-star break, and we know how good the Preds have been. Canucks also very little playoff experience against a team built for playoff hockey....As for the Leafs series -and I might be the only one that agrees with you - this is a tougher series to call than people realize.. The Leafs are grittier and their D is bigger than past seasons. Treliving's team is grittier, bigger, better than Dubas woud have liked, and the Bruins are overrated by people who overvalue the regular season.

Right now the Bruins are heavily favored ,However the longer the series goes I beleive the advantage shifts to the LEafs .The LEafs have 1 thing in their favor -youth .
