I do have a question as I saw a video this week where someone uses a benchtop speed controller (for the SR motor) in series with a foot controller, so the benchtop controller sets the maximum RPM for the foot controller. Is this recommended by Foredom or can it lead to damage of the motor or controllers?
It may have been my video. If you have an older machine then it will work. But With the newer machines the electronics aren’t really compatible to do that.
