His official weight for the prograis fight was 4lb less than Gennady golovkins middle weight for a debut fight at 140 lb let that sink in.
Got a taste of his own medicine and completely robbed lomochenko who is a featherweight of a title in a fight he clearly lost where the size difference was ludicrous and Huggies even got a 36 hour weigh in.
Also that referee was an absolute joke and Huggies should have been deducted at least 2 points.
Two knockdowns ignored also and Huggies still wouldn't let go when in serious trouble despite being warned three times.
Did he just say Garcia was the one holding most the time.

He fought under weight requirements with gervonta Davis and we held him accountable for that loss. We didn't say it's unfair so same respect this time that's all I can say u cnt mention weight his loss is also based on weight issues

all fighters should just start missing weight and coming in at whatever weight they want then since making weight is apparently not important anymore. May as well scrap weight classes altogether

Didn’t make weight but paid the $1.5m to Haney. Haney rehydrates to 155lbs/160lbs he looked huge against Regis Prograis so on the night they’ll have not been that much of an advantage.
You can rehydrate all you want but the strain you put on your body making the weight can take a massive toll regardless of what you rehydrate to. Do you think Ryan missed weight for the sake of it or was it because he knew it was an advantage
@@dwaynesamuels2543 all just an excuse if it was so bad for him to get to 140lbs why not go straight to 147lbs it was comfortable for him to make it against Prograis wasn’t it when he was the bigger man and bullied him but it didn’t work against Garcia now he’s been drained at the weight cause he lost.
Who cares, it's karma as I see it. Haney is a natural welterweight who fought at 135 & 3 other cheaters gifted him the W over a natural featherweight to become Disputed Champion.
He's still a champion, the belt (rightfully) wasn't on the line due to Garcia apparent "cheating" Haney could've easily refused to fight & likely got Bumboza instead but that would've meant a lot less money. Haney wanted that bag & he lost. It wouldn't surprise me if he's using IVs to make weight himself- It's either that or he has a combination of fantastic genetics & work ethic to always make weight from 135 to 40.

First of all Ryan was clearly bigger in the ring and it's the draining yourself before the rehydration that affects a fighter. Devin put more stress on his body by losing those extra 3 pounds. Do you think Ryan decided not to lose that weight for the fun of it?

Everything ryan hit him with hurt devin haney. Haney got a beating, got to keep his belt along with 1.5 mill and an L. Ryan got the W and is now the face of the sport. Fair negotiations

@@dwaynesamuels2543 listen up casual. Haney DID keep his belt. Wbc rules state that if a fighter misses weight the champ gets to keep his belt in case of a loss. Mauricio Sulaiman said it also this morning. I know that making weight is grueling specially those last pounds. But devin felt that ryan was such a scrub that he could give up those 3 pounds and still beat ryan. That's why he took the money and felt confident he would outclass ryan. Ryan showed that haney has no chin. Forget the punch resistance excuse, because they both hydrated to middleweight. He got beat period
