I do Love your paintings very, very much. Many of them are so romantic and touching with a lovely atmospheres , especialle this one above. Yes, it does transfer a beautiful Christmas feeling., I love it so much.Thank you for sharing !!!😍😍😍
I have been watching your videos on UA-cam almost every day for several years now. After each such film I say: yes, I will definitely go back to painting today. Unfortunately I'm not coming back. There is a huge gap between my skills and what I would like to paint. I'm not losing hope. Maybe today's video will be a start? 🙂 I really like how you paint snow this year. Just one big request: as many videos as possible for your beginner followers. ❤️ from Poland
I think it is the paint pigments he is using, and the yellow may have white mixed in. He has white on his palette, you just cant see it. You can see the yellow mixture at 1:05 on his palette. Some yellow and blue pigments mix together to create green more than others do. You'll have to experiment with the pigments you are using on your palette. I hope this helps!
@@RobertHopkinsArt thank you for your answer!🙂 I'm trying my blues and yellows and see what happens. I also mixed a little pink into the blue, and found out that helps to, nice to experiment😀
It dawned on me, watching his latest video, that he may be using a Jaune Brilliant #1 or #2 paint. Holbein WC makes widely used paints that are these colors. The artist Chien Chung-Wei uses this color extensively in his paintings. I have this color (#1) on my palette and will give it a try in my sunsets!
What kind of table is that you're using to lay the paper on?? I bought one of those stupid wooden boxes from Michael's...could make a comedy skit out of that.
Not sure what he is using but a couple years ago I bought a cheap whiteboard that you can stick magnets to for about $8 and it’s the best thing I’ve tried, it’s lightweight with a waterproof plastic surface that I can prop up at any angle, turn it etc.
The real water color I love and emulate ❤
Очень добрая и романтичная работа! Спасибо большое!❤❤❤

Great composition, layering, mix of edges and texture. About that plastic palette, what did you do to it to prevent water from beading up on it?
So beautiful! I love your work😊 A question, how do you prevent the yellow and blue turning green when they meet on the paper?
