It happens with alot of members before they become members Juvia and Gray almost met when they were kids in the spinoff IceTrail.He also met Jude who showed him a picture of Lucy. In Moulin Rouge Lucy was in the same cafe as Erza and Bisca. In the first episode Juvia was in the same cafe as Natsu and Lucy. Shes hard to spot but shes there.
