Nice service! While doing all of this, I recommend taking the side covers off and cleaning the fins on the radiator. Start with compressed air and follow with a hose if caked on there. We have to do this once or twice a year to keep it cooling properly.
How did you go about that@@mjmcomputers? I changed my oil and fuel filters after watching your video last year, which all went well. But then I tried starting it and it wouldn't turnover, for hours. I tried Googling how to prime, what to do, etc. All of which seemed way beyond my capabilities. After coming back every hour or so I got lucky and got it started, but I hope to avoid that next time around. So what exactly am I to do (a) before taking off the old filter and (b) installing the new filter, to make start up easy? Thanks again for this great video!
I have a 2155 I recently ran out of fuel. I refueled the tractor, purged the fuel lines, and now it runs for 15 seconds and cute out. Have you had any issues like this?
@@mjmcomputers it's possible that's what it could have been. I killed the battery trying to limp it back to the shop so I just threw it on the charger overnight. Next morning, I tried cranking it over twice and it worked just fine. It was a weird one for sure
Man that's an awesome tractor, we have one and it's my main tractor. My papa bought ours new back in 86.
It’s been a good one.

I always fill the new filter with new clean fuel to make restarting easier. Otherwise a good video.
I primed it after I installed it.

There’s a primer handle on the mechanical lift pump.
Thanks for this! How often do you recommend doing a service like this? Also what was that spray you used on the oil spillover from the filter?
I service oil and filter every 200hrs. Hydraulic filter and fuel filter about every 300 hours. The spray was brake cleaner.

Where do you put hydraulic fluid in??

I have not, maybe air bubble?
