I don't know who loses more brain cells... Guys getting slapped or me watching it...
The former. Trust me. lol
Step 1 win coin toss
Step 2 foul swing and do damage
Step 3 game over
Just like a bar fight. He who swings first wins eighty percent of the time.
Congrats to Bear on his retirement
Hilarious 😂
That knockout slap was a step. The judges in these power slap shows are so inconsistent.
How do you know that?!
You’re acting like this whole thing isn’t just a joke and for Dana to watch people KO each other. Percentages weren’t high enough in UFC and matches take too long. Dana could have people slapping the sh*t out of each other like a mile away from his house. He loves it 😂
for real, dude just cant slap without piveting, bennet should have stayed down round 1 and rivera would have had another DQ
@@kyleleon85 you can see in the clip he slaps and steps
@@robertorr3271he didn't know at the time. The ref waited until after the 10 count to say it was a foul. If Bennett didn't get up then it mysteriously wouldn't have been a foul. Look at Forest Griffins face @ 6:59 then he instantly marches a clearly dazed Bennett back to the table, when have you ever seen that before? They've been told by Dana who to try and help win.
Rivero is smart. He knows his opponent has a huge reach so he bends forward when Bennett is gonna slap him, turning Bennett's advantage into disadvantage.
Yea he shouldn't be allowed to stand that way or everybody should be paying attention and following suit
That's what I noticed. This Sport has so many damn holes.
@@June-mi9ththis is not a sport actually, but piece of sheet
@@Almalinskiyyou’re a fan
Was thinking Bennet needs to step back. Bennet said he was going to break his jaw 😂😂😂😂 welp
Great commentary when he said look at the lips 🤣🤣🤣
I just found this sport and these commentators are hilarious 😂😂.
Dead ass🤣🤣
Seeing Forest Griffin catching these guys is wild.
Hard times bro........ Inflation..
Maybe he owns a piece?
@@zeeshansuri421 They pay him well and he live near by. Also he is part of the family.
Meth ruins everyone.
@rockyjohnson9243 shush 😂 Dana's a dickheadd but in a way funny/harsh down to the slow stage walks and checking behind ears and hands "did you grow these fingers yourself sir" 😂 then getting a hall of famer MMA fighter to catch these idiots like a spit bucket holder
Maybe i should create a youth slap fighting course in my village. So 10 year olds can improve their slap game and become a slap fighter.
Might even teach them respect and honor as well.
A few concussions as well
No
That's a rich idea !
😂😂
I would never ever ever dare to receive a slap from Rivero, to be honest that shit can kill anybody
@lugabull, you are right bro, I think it's a matter of time before someone is killed personally.
How tf does Bennett's coach not tell him to take the win by DQ in the middle of the 1st round? It's BS to send him back out there at that point.
lol true
Cuz dudes a warrior and a fighter
Rivero steps on the last slap, that ain't no win!
@@goukhanakul🤦♂️
They wanted rivero to win. Dude carried him to the podium like Dana was yelling in his ear
Russell has the skills to be at the top if he can manage his stepping fouls lol
Does he though. Second match in a row he fouls.
@@rockyjohnson9243agreed.. how hard is it to do one thing 😂
He doesnt have a chin . Aj aleady put him to sleep
It could actually be a strategy, where he slaps as hard as he can to throw the opponent off balance from the get go
Gotta tape his feet to da ground 😅
The knockout was a foul too.
after those slaps i would be flinching too 😂
Rivero is too closer to Benett for him to properly flex his slap to generate more power. Smart move
Bennett can just scoot back.... 🤷🏼♂️
Rivero reminds me of that guy who just wanted to break everyones legs in the UFC and wouldn't stop when they tapped 😂 dude's just out here to knock people tf out, don't think he cares about the DQ 🤣
From the beginning, I knew Rivera was a beast. His build is different.
rivero alway stepping ! This competition is so oriented...
They need to implement a punishment for repeat offenders like Rivero.
in replay they didnt show the feet. i wonder why? xD xD
and clubbing as well. Ugly
@@Sfingus Its like the officials and dana are scared to tell rivero off XD
@@Sfingus they showed it and he was stepping!
"3 inches taller...."
Bruh... he's 5 inches taller! 5'9" vs 6'2"
4:13
OMG 😂😂😂😂 "I'm no Dr, and I only have one eye, but even I can see him wobbling." - "HA! that's 2 for flinching!"....Jesus Mike 😂😂😂😂😂
12:10 Forrest checks how hard the table is 😆
😂🤣😂🤣
They should put some type of shoe connected to the floor where you have to strap your feet in
This even after fouling it’s too much of an advantage for the person fouling because these matches barely reach a decision.
That's a hell of idea . They probably gonna come up with something like that as every sports does change rules
Yeah, get KO slapped then break your ankles
Yeah, something kinda semi-circled around the front and sides of the foot, but not the back... so if they get knocked out they may won't contort when falling backwards. idk
@@-FAFO-Duuuuh. Obviously the feet would be only tied to the ground for the slapper, not the receiver....think for a 1 second.
Dude has major reach and they put rivero so close that he literally can't even extend his arm to hit properly hence the clubbing call which is bs
Guys look closely on that 3rd slap. You can see fear in his eyes before Rivero hits him. Damn
Rivero looks like a guy that this is for him. If he couldnt do this, he would be at the streets punching and robbing people. Resulting to violence and 60IQ literally shine from his aura.
"I seen em there and I just launched him!!! Bing!! Daaaoownnn! " - Russell 2023
I get stoned and watch this stuff! He clubbed him on purpose lowkey 🤣🔥🔥🔥🔥
They should have a contraption where the competitors put their feet in and they can't step to give them extra oomph!😅😅😅
That was a hell of a ko
Bro steps big on every slap 👎🏻
@@Kilo5910420stay mad
I wanna see russel against wolverine honestly. He built like a hawaiian goku.
He IS the Hawaiian Goku 🌺💪
@@K-S2008 yes sir. Kamehame slap 🤣
He wouldn't stand a chance against Wolverine. Wolverine is a freak of nature, he is not human.
@@niceshot4563 i just wanna see the showdown. It will be good
Wolverine is cleanest slapper in the competition almost never commits fouls, Russel on the other hand is dirty af
You can tell bear is a Mike Tyson fan 😂
Rivero every first slap foul, this is his gameplan, first slap so hard that his opponent is destroy for the rest of the match
If Mario Yamasaki was the referee, Bennett could continue fighting.
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
This guy is insane, im just watching this power slap for him
And for his stepping
Lol Hawaiians are insane , speaking from experience lol
@@black_Umbrella84 WHo cares? Its not like any of us give a shit about who wins, we just want to see as heavy knockouts as possible.
There is a part in the video where it is showing a replay of the second Knockout, where it shows Rivero clearly stepped again when slapping, but it wasn't called. The Rules are a bit odd here, especially considering that Bear could have just intentionally stayed down after the first slap and won the match by way of Disqualification, but stayed in only to get fouled again and beaten. I wonder if there is a better alternative punishment for a stepping foul, like making them use the opposite hand perhaps?
remove stepping as a rule, let them knock each others heads off
Sure but the downside to that is, the athletes career gets cut down to the second or third time they get knocked out like that and can never never compete again. Thus killing the sport.
Rivero got crazy power
They ain’t even wait till homie was awake to announce the winner…. Savage
How much does reach really matter if you’re taking turns slapping and you get to measure your slaps?
Can someone tell me what putting powder in your hand makes a slap more powerful or efficient? Serious question
i mean there is some manipluation going on. Look after the first slap how the two guys behind try to hold him up so it doesnt end in a disqalification.
Russel would be champ and among the best if he simply stopped stepping 😅
He is my favorite slapper I wish he stopped stepping😢😢😢
Good lord I'm a fan of Russell, that man is theeeeeee definition of badass
to bad he is never clean
How long have you worked for the UFC?
@@shadyganley8877 ????
Like KO Chris said, Russell is just there to kill someone lol
😂
Russel rivero is the Chris Thomas of the light heavyweight everyone that he touches goes to sleep 😮😅..
They hired the weekend as a coach 😮
I'll never run my mouth beforehand. I'll say, let the match do the talking.
😂😂 The ref casually walking towards the crumbled, collapsed and koed guy and starts counting "One, ..." 😂😂
theres nothing on netflix these days. Nothing in english. I cant believe Id rather watch this
This is the second match in a row that Russell fouls. Seems the only way he knows how to generate power. Since this is the second time now it seems to be his strategy to weaken his opponents jaw at the cost of a foul.
He is a d**khead, I so fu*king hate this guy, he really just wants the win, every slap has been a step from him which proves that he does take pride in knocking out a defenseless man with 100% of his power. The whole point of not clubbing and stepping is to reduce the total power the people can generate because it's really not that hard to KO somebody standing still.
I have this thought too, that it’s a strategy. Foul with stepping or clubbing to weaken the opponent, then legit go for the KO.
I’m not sure the answer. How do you peer into a fighters heart to figure out intent.
The celebration is ridiculous as to how much did the illegal strike contribute to the KO?
Got smacked into TOMORROW 😂
DANA SIGN ME UP AS A MATCH MAKER MF'ER I LOVE THIS SHIT. HELL YEA!!!!
He went down like a crispy chicken in oil. sowoop his momma felt that slap back home lmao
Epic win.
Commiting a foul maybe intentionally knowing he'll have an advantage by bending forward then he finishes the bear, smart dude
Did Rivera not step the second time also?
That was stepping
Love this!!
Foulllllllll STEPPING!!!!! And won!??
holy fcking shit this was a fake win!! Look at the last slap Rivero is stepping! It was another foul and the referees said nothing lol
Major bs going on. First off, that foul stepping 1st round takes almost all out of the opponent, then the last slap wasn't even to the face, was to top of the head/temple area.
yeah this was fixed. Russel clearly fouls in his last slap and they declare him winner
Action starts at 6:08
Russell 🔥
My guy said bennet only 3 inches taller…seems like the bruddah can’t do simple maths 😂😂😂
The clubbing rule is Fed up. In one fight the hand will strike a location on the face, no foul. Another fight striking the exact same location, clubbing foul. The rule is not clearly defined and there is no definitive way to identify it at the speed it happens. They need to have an official watching a monitor with a slow mo camera. Strike happens, official reviews it and makes the call.
Lol!!!! Dude was put to sleep....literally!!!!
Itd be stupid for Bear to not step after Rivero did.... may as well make the most of it and foul but Throw a massive hit... to even out theplaying field
12:11 looks like Russell's reunited with his long lost dad too
Guess even the commentator didn't know the rules...they didn't mention the foul
How is it a 5 inch reach advantage if they measure each shot and trade blows? Unless a longer arm generates more power? Surely 1 inch doesn't make much difference in that way.
I believe you can get more momentum with longer arms which would mean the ability to use more power?
@@ADZ01982 that definitely tracks. I just don't know how much of a difference or advantage it is.
You dont want to mess with Rivero 😂
Bear is still out cold and hibernating as we speak 😴
This is the elite of the elite of slap fighting, how can bennett not change his tactics when he sees rivero lean his head forward to negate bennetts overwhelming reach advantage? I expect more from these ultra elite athletes smh
Reach advantage 😅😅😅
Why is Russel coming back he is stepping every time??
omg - Amazing 😱😱
Brain trauma for few thousand bucks. Classic Dana.
Local boiz from da aina always BADASSED!
What a knockout 😮
Who won?
Russell is by far the best at light heavy what a animal
I dunno, I feel like the rules need to somehow extended to not allow for strategic fouls where you use a foul in order to rattle your opponent for a later KO try.
Russel is an animal. He WILL be champion.
Man how do these guys make slapping seem so hard. holy shit.
because it is palm strikes, not slaps
So the refs just ignoring that last huge step that should have disqualified him.. nice
It’s worth it just to see him fast asleep
It's good to see Forrest Griffin again!!
We need Power Kick, all the damage with no brain damage.
That knockout at the end is a huge ego damager
Mantap
76 South in yo mouf!!! Cheeeeeeehuuuuuuu!!!!!! 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾
Got Dayumn!
Wow he won with a stepping smh one of my faves but I wish he would stop stepping
They need to wait until the recovery period is over before calling fouls. Why would you continue after hearing the foul being called ?? It would have been a straight dq win if Bennett never got up after first slap
....and there it is Rivero, "..if he could obey the rules".
Awesome
11:35 dude turned into a goldfish!!!! 😂😂😂😂
Rivero play more tactic than raw power. Always stepping on 1st slap just to do more harm on 1st attempt and keeping a short distance while defending thus not allowing the full arm extend from his opponent
Damn Forrest is here too lol
You can’t spell “Stepping” without spelling “Rivero”
I feel like this should have more people cheering in the crowd
They are playing favourites with Russel, there have been so many guys who have been released because they lost twice in a row, but when he lost his first two, he was called back and since has deliberately not been called for stepping except when it was against AyJay (who is an even bigger favourite of PS). This competition is crap when there's a fav involved.
It’s just marketing and engagement based. It’s all a show
Thats a lawsuit waiting to happen no thanks.😂😂😂🎉
I would love to compete in this!
The first slap looks like it's his palm hitting first
