This song was my favorite for a long time. Maybe because for me radio did not play it enough... loved it then, love it now! Drums and everything so crisp and his magnificent deep bass voice. Truly a great singer. And the guitar solo, everything about this song was so 80. His style changed a lot. 🎶Is anybody out there?🎶
As a teenager of the 80's I never connected his older stuff with the Black Cars album so I think most of us thought he was new. He changed his style just enough to be hip. Now, I enjoy all of it.
My favorite stuff from Gino is from his Gist of the Gemini period, but this very divergent album, Black Cars was still excellent. The guy's an absolute genius, no doubt about it
This fantastic chameleon of a musician and songwriter deserved more than just Canada's best accolades. Always in good taste, and always a smattering of references. Never a better album to listen to on the road than Black Cars.
This was and still is a killer album! Although his style changed dramatically from his previous works, it's nonetheless excellent throughout. The whole album is great. I'm glad I had the privilege to meet him in person back in 1991. Both he and his brother are very mellow and educated people.
gracias por subir este tema y los demas del album son una maravilla y un tesoro se nota que tu si sabes de musica a mi me encanta gino vanelli, gracias
Bought this beloved LP in 1986 in Munich Germany .

Cantante raffinato, voce unica, sonorità meravigliose... Di cosa vogliamo parlare!

gospel of the heart and spiritual growth with arrangements so dynamic are constant delight and enlightenment.

A beast! Whatever music style, he and his group of talents will make a great album. Even now, Nov 2019
This track was featured on a surf video blazing boards on the Island of Tahiti back in the 80s… it always reminds me of then

Same here. As a teen back in Dominican Republic that's all I did, traveling the whole island looking for surf.
In this song, Gino Vanneli, in addition to singing lead and backing vocals, plays the drums.
been looking for this tune from a surfer magazine video thanks!!
