Fenix being forced to be a 397 year old dad to 3 squabbling humans (who he knows have murderous trust issues with each other, one of them being his favorite) is making him feel old enough that he realizes his spirit may not be conquered, but it can be exasperated.
This is one of the better balanced custom installation missions I've seen. Don't need map knowledge like "into the darkness" with all its infested terrans, but needs a moderate amount of micro to pass. A+ work.
This has to be one of my most favorite missions you played thus far. The voice acting on all characters is great, the mission itself seems intriguing and we get to play Raynor as a marine!
Kerrigan: guys istg if you dont hurry up ill send you to abathur Raynor: *"NiCe tO gEt SoMe EnCoUrAgEmEnT"* [Somewhere, a long long road from home] Tassadar: Why am I suddenly having the thoughts of snapping at Friend Raynor?
Meanwhile, on StarCraft Alternate: The way into the caverns is cleared out, having been blocked by so much rubble. Duran is getting a bit antsy, which is valid given the Primal Zerg threat looming over everyone's heads. Raynor gets exasperated over the fact that paradoxical nature of haste and dallying hasn't evaded these guys, either. Makes sense given two of them are former Terrans, and Draliska learned much from one of them. During the trip, Draliska is amused that there were still Protoss trapped down here, and Duran could tell that these were from the Old Empire under Aldaris. The two out in the field wonder how the hell they were able to survive this long down here without sunlight. Duran also bemoans that he can't go down there himself to free them from the Khala; he has his hands full with what little he already has, and Draliska mocks him for it. Once the Mind Nodes are found, reinforcements are called in, as well as Drones to pick them up, the same enhanced ones the Kukulkan Brood used long ago. However, just as the Mind Nodes were picked up, Zasz reports a large mass of Old Empire Protoss headed their way. The party weathers through all of them as they make it back to the exit.
Oh I love how they are so on each others throats all the time! And Kerrigan dialogues are better then any when she became supposedly human again! So far I think it is one of my favourite voices ^-^
0:47 Fenix: I started to understand human better now Raynor, but I fail to see why you told them to play with a hole filled with water while we enter this installation.
Would be an interesting mission if there'd be a secret easter egg, where Duran attempts to cover up his grand plan by shooting an active security camera pointing at him.
If you want a clean source for the Firebat voice, the Starcraft: Ghost lines are available on youtube and elsewhere, and they use the same actor without the fire noise in the background.
Raynor should have been shitting his pants when he realizes he's once again on a psi emitter mission with Arcturus in orbit while zerg waves descend on them.
Fun mission to watch and awesome voices as always, I can't get enough of Kerrigan. I think, though, that this mission doesn't fit well in the original story. First, when Mengsk agrees to lend Kerrigan some emitters, there is no mention of him not having them at his disposal. And here he doesn't even participate on retrieving them. Feels hard to believe that Rayno and Fenix would get the emitters and give them to Mengsk so that he would temporarily lend them to Kerrigan. Just food for discussion, though, not criticism. I really enjoy these campaigns and story expansions. Especially since Blizzard won't be adding any more SC1 stories in a foreseeable future.

The most impressive thing on this mission is that you managed to get Fenix up the stairs so fast
Not even stairs, the bane of dragoons, can stand against Fenix's unconquered spirit.
0:39 Fenix was the smartest protoss in this crazy company, and he still is.
Kerrigan voice is so insanely good.
The in-game Raynor voice is so good!
All of them, imo
Awww look at little Kerrigan Jr. Gonna cry?
Executor, I fear for the future of voice acting as A.I is getting more dangerously good now.

Mutalisks inside a installation?
Now, that's something you don't see everyday.
One time I saw a Gantrithor inside. The Khala side of the Force is a pathway to many things some consider to be unnatural.
@@masterexploder9668 Is it possible to learn this power?
@@TactileDotNot from the Daelaam.
Maybe they got there by the base ventilation system.

I remember that mission. It must have been made by Satan himself.

‘Queen Bitch of the Universe’ Kerrigan will always be the best Kerrigan.
It’s so uncanny seeing floor turrets being allied structures instead of fodder

High templar is the man of the game.
And the strongest enemy of Fenix and Ultralisk are always stair.
0:39 - I love Fenix right here. Fenix having a dad moment.

Amusing Little Kerrigan

Going into an installation mission with no medics, where'd you study tactics, boi?
"Little Kerrigan?"
Where'd you study script writing, boy?
Cool that the mission used the Flannum Installation from the precursor demo story.
The bro energy these 3 dude and kerrigan producing is always "amusing"
Aw look how cute they are, it would be a shame if someone ruins this alliance by showing true colors…

gotta commend you, your storms have been getting better and better
(lets ignore how you almost wiped the dt on your own storm lol)
Fenix has just had it with all these whippersnappers. Made even worse by having to climb stairs.
Now that takes me back
How did this installation survive at all after Protoss have Exterminatus'ed the planet?
Maybe there are concrete walls.

Intense dungeon crawl map ever! 👍
we need to see raynor and da bois betray kerrigan instead
Clearly Tassadar failed clearing the zerg on Chau Sara😂.
Is this the same map from "Den of the Beast"?
Fenix is a dad to them HAHAHHAHAHAAA
how are zerg still laive
