The spring-equinox is a great significator of leaving behind what no longer fits due to its new cycle of growth, a different type of judgment than in Libra, you know, here more about the initiation-process of what has been planted and seeded showing up 'above ground' March is the most potent month of this year although we have other so called 'energy points' through-out where the equinoxes and the solstices are important due to the angular aspects they make when Pluto moves into AQU right on the spring equinox. Let the 'judgement' begin! 😉The autumnal equinox (Libra) should be very interesting! ... and by the time we reach the winter solstice, this place should be a different world, noticeably.

Waite says it's in a lesser sense because this card has no single negative attribution of it. The Sun card is the best card in the whole tarot deck and the final attainment which we humans seek. Upside down still imply means all of the positive things but not up to the mark but be careful not negative.
