In todays tour we explored one of the most expensive Penthouses in Madrid, priced at 8 Million euros.
This spectacular penthouse (facing south) is located in the Barrio de Salamanca in a quiet street. Located on the seventh floor of an elegant building, with a stately entrance and a single neighbour per floor. The property has 565 m² of housing distributed over two floors, and with two large south-facing terraces. Finde die Küste ab Malaga auch viel schöner. Erschreckend finde ich auch die teilweise eingeschränkte Deckenhöhe. Da bekomme ich beklemmungen.

Penthouse ist ja nicht so mein Ding, aber in dem Fall schon nicht übel. Alles so lang gezogen. Langer Balkon, lange Couch (seating for 80) lange Küche.......Kann man drin leben.
Man kann sogar einmal im Kreis laufen und somit Sport im Haus treiben 😉😅🤙
