- Glutinous Rice Cakes with mung bean filling is similar to Nom Bort and the different is we don't wrap it with banana leaves. The flavor of Mung bean filling is a little sweet and Coconut Dipping Sauce is a little sweet and Salty too.
Ingredients:
* The dough
3 Cups [400g] Glutinous rice flour
½cup+2Tbsp [150ml] Pandan water
½cup+2Tbsp [150ml] Coconut Milk
3 Tbsp Sugar
½tsp Salt
Chopped Green Onion
* Mung bean fillings
½lb [250g] Peeled mung beans
1¼cup [300ml] Water
1¼cup [300ml] Coconut milk
4Tbsp Sugar
½tsp Salt
7oz [200g] Shredded coconut
* Coconut Dipping Sauce
1 Cup [250ml] Coconut milk
2Tbsp Sugar
¼tsp Salt
½Tbsp Tapioca starch + Water
Chopped Green Onion (Add more or less)
