Great Game!! Especially loved the queen sacrifice. It shows that material doesn't matter. What matters is position, attack, and checkmate. Thanks for sharing Chess Talk!!
Answer to the chess puzzle is ☺ The incredible , deflecting move, Rb8 attacking the queen! If queen captures the rook, then Qa1 is a stunning checkmate! If queen does not capture and moves to safety like Qe7, supporting the rook and also preparing to jump to e5 if check is given, then it is completely winning position for white! White would have 2 options = 1. Rxf8+ if queen captures, then simply Qa1 checkmate! 2. Qa1 check. Queen is forced to block the check. Now we can simply capture the undefended rook, with the following mating moves!!
In the first option.. after Rxf8+ and Qxf8.. Qa1+ is not checkmate I guess as Qg7 is a block by black and so it's mate in 2. The follow up is I think White Qa8 Black Qg8 Qxg8# (which was guarded by bishop on c4)
@Priya H , you have missed one more possibility that is, what if after Rb8 attacking the queen! instead of taking queen to safety, black moves pawn to h6.now for White's Qa1 check black will have h7 square for king to move! isn't it?

hi sir! once again i found the answer to your puzzle, here it is:- .Rb8 deflecting the queen if he captures then Qa1 Rf6 and Qxf6 is a beautiful checkmate If he doesnt capture and plays something lets say Qe7 then Rxf8 Qxf8 Qa1 Only logical move Qg7 and then Qa8 Qg8 Qxg8 is a checkmate
But what if after Rb8 queen does not capture, and doesn't go Qe7 but Qe5 directly (being on a1-h8 diagonal first before white could go Qa1)¿ White then Rxf8 check, King can go g7...
Solution to today's puzzle 1 - Rook to B8. Black cuts the rook with the Queen. 2 - Queen to A1. Black moves bishop to D4. We will cut the Bishop. 3 - Now black has to block with the rook. After next move we will cut the rook and it is a beautiful checkmate. And thank you so much for making this video.
2:05 a fork actually differs from a double attack. A fork is where one piece attacks more than one piece, whereas a double attack is a discovered attack where the moving piece also attacks the attacked piece
In the puzzle, Rb8 is the winning move. Point is if black takes rook with queen, then Qa1 and game over. Here d5 square is important after Rb8, so it doesn't matter if black plays Qd5 or Qh5, we play Rxf8 and white dominates the game.
Then black comes up with a 'stunning move' rook to f6.. In this position, we can find black Is clearly losing 😂😂..now can you find out the 'winning move'?

Ans to the puzzle is Rb8, deflecting the queen(it is a some kind of tactic), then after queen takes we go Qa1 check then rook blocks the check and then Queen captures rook is a checkmate
Solution to the puzzle Rb8!!! Sacrificing a whole rook for checkmate. The black queen is attacked but it has to keep an eye on tge Rook on f8 1. If black tries f3+, we can simply bring back our king to f1 or g1 and there are no more checks. 2. If black brings his queen to e7 to protect the rook, then white gan give a check with the queen that is Qa1+ and black is gone. 3. If black blocks with the Bishop, we will simply capture it, If Qe7, then white can trade queens and capture the rook and be completely winning, If Qf6, then white captures the queen and the rook won't be able ti recapture it as it is pinned to the queen. 4. If black captures the rook, then Qa1, is a beautiful checkmate. Tell me in the replies if I went wrong somewhere :)
First we will place our rook on b8, if queen takes then e will check the king from a1 from our queen; finally rook blocks then we will capture the rook and it's a checkmate. Variation 2: After placing the rook on b8, if queen defends the rook from e7, then we will check on a1with the queen, if queen blocks the check from g7 then we will simply capture the rook on f8 and it's a checkmate.Or if black blocks the check from queen on f6, then we will capture the queen because their rook is pinned and can't defend the queen and we will gain a strong positional advantage. Or if black blocks it with e5 then we will capture the rook and again gain a strong positional advantage. Thanks sir

The solution for the puzzle is Pawn to C3 then black captures it then white moves B3 and then the Bishop captures white and then the white Queen goes to D4 giving the black king a check then the Black King goes to G8 then the Rook moves to G7 and the King is trapped and has no way to escape
Please keep the last position a little longer to have the feel, clearing the positions was too quick. ;-) Thanks for the video. Great stuff your playlist has.
Answer for the puzzle 1.Rb8 deflecting the queen if he captures then Qa1 Rf6 and Qxf6 is a beautiful checkmate If he doesn't capture and plays something lets say Qe7 then Rxf8 Qxf8 Qa1 Only logical move Qg7 and then Qa8 Qg8 Qxg8 is a checkmate
I think the answer is Rb8 attacking the queen. The idea is to prevent the queen from moving to e5 when Qa1 check comes. So if Qxb8, Qa1+ will lead to mate. And if black tries Qe7 to protect the rook and have the option of blovking Qa1+ with Qg7, you still play Qa1+ then Qg7 and Rxf8 is mate because the queen is pinned
Puzzle Solution: 1. Rb8 (A critical move to deflect the queen away. If 1... Qxb8, then 2. Qa1+ Bd4 3. Qxd4+ Rf6 4. Qxf6#) 1... Qe7 (this seems like the only sensible option black has as it defends against immediate checkmate and saves the queen) 2. Qa1+ Bd4 3. Qxd4+ Qe5 4. Qxe5+ dxe5 5. Rxf8+ Kg7 and white ends up with a huge material advantage and checkmate soon to follow
Solution to the puzzle is :- Lets analyze the position, we can se that the black king is trapped at one corner of the board helpless as he has no safe squares to go as g8 is blocked by light squared bishop at c4 and g7 square is blocked by the rook at b7 to check we can simply move our queen to a1 but the main problem is the black queen at e8 which can jump to e5 which is protected by d6 pawn so, the only logical move can be rook to b8 attacking the queen if queen deflects and captures our rook then queen to a1 is a check now no matter how black blocks the check say bishop to d4, we simply capture the bishop with a check, now if black blocks with rook to f6 we simply capture it delivering a beautiful checkmate. Going back if queen does not take our rook and moves to lets say e7,then we can capture the rook with a check if queen takes our rook then queen to a1 check , the black queen blocks it by moving to g7 then queen to a8 again check now no matter how black blocks by queen to g8 or f8 queen captures queen will be a beautiful checkmate. By the way nice video sir☺️
Who would have thought someone could win when their opponent has a 21 point advantage!!! After watching this everyone will become fan of Adolf Anderson I am sure.

Well answer to your puzzle is simple.. W: First capture pawn with pawn F4 B: rook takes pawn to F4(have to take no other option) W: queen to a1 check B: pushes queen to e5 blocking the check W: queen to a8 check.. B: will try to block the check with rook or queen, then just capture it and game over...

WOW THIS IS SO FASCINATING TO WATCH! IM SUBBING,
The way u explain is amazing
Sir I am of Class 3 and I love playing chess. The answer of the puzzle you gave is 1. Rb8 + Qxb8 2. Qa1 + Bd4 3.Qxd4 + Rf6 4. Qxf6# If he is smart and is not greedy then obviously Qe7 and then..1. Qa1 + ( he can't play Bd4 to simply lose the bishop as he will have to block with the queen in the same way) Q

Answer to puzzle: Rook to B8 a Rook sacrifice then queen takes B8 and Queen A1 , Bishop to D4 then queen takes bishop and Rook to F6 and then Queen takes F6 #

What a game!!! What an analysis...
I love how you keep your videos short and to the point unlike other more popular channels which are all at around 20 mins. Very entertaining. Please do more gameplay videos.
Puzzle answer:
1)Rb8 then if Q×b8 then Qa1#
2)Rb8 and then if Qe7 then Qa1+ followed by Qe5 then Q×e5+ then d6×e5 then Rf8+
Now the white is completely winning!!😎
In 2) After Rb8 if Qe5 then Rxf8 is winning
Also after Qa1+ if Qg7 then Rxf8#
Chess talk is on fire🔥🔥🔥🔥
White will play Queen to a1- check
Black- rook to f6- blocking the check
White- queen to f6- capturing the black rook and a very beautiful check mate
I loved the puzzle ❤️
And a vary happy birthday birthday to vidhit gurrati (belated)
Plzz give me a heart as my ans is different from others and I think I am right too....
Me: I won.
Friend: But at what cost?
Me: Everything
Not everyone will get the reference..
Ps:For those who don't know it's said by Thanos
The solution for the puzzle is Pawn to C3 then black captures it then white moves B3 and then the Bishop captures white and then the white Queen goes to D4 giving the black king a check then the Black King goes to G8 then the Rook moves to G7 and the King is trapped and has no way to escape
Sir you messed the legendary sentence”If he ... than he is gone.Let me show you how”
😂😂😂😂
Loved this video your English your explanation and mainly the moves by white sacrificing almost everything
Hat's off
Please keep the last position a little longer to have the feel, clearing the positions was too quick. ;-)

Yess

This video is brilliant.Pls make a video on Italian game.
pls make a video on Italian game
Wow.. I loved that video... It was really awesome and interesting checkmate..
Bestest chess game ever played in history❤❤❤
Answer for the puzzle
1.Rb8 deflecting the queen if he captures then Qa1 Rf6 and Qxf6 is a beautiful checkmate
If he doesn't capture and plays something lets say Qe7 then Rxf8 Qxf8 Qa1 Only logical move Qg7 and then Qa8 Qg8 Qxg8 is a checkmate
And now the most immortal game is youtube right now: The King Sacrifice!
GM abish mathew proud student 😂😂😂😂
I think the answer is Rb8 attacking the queen. The idea is to prevent the queen from moving to e5 when Qa1 check comes. So if Qxb8, Qa1+ will lead to mate. And if black tries Qe7 to protect the rook and have the option of blovking Qa1+ with Qg7, you still play Qa1+ then Qg7 and Rxf8 is mate because the queen is pinned
What a beautiful game. He played like Mikhail Tal 😲💞
AMAZING ANALYSIS AND VIDEO!!
Bro this two guys are so amazing trapping each other
Opponent would be fed up of these guys
It was like trappy player vs trappy player😂😂😂
Puzzle Solution:
1. Rb8 (A critical move to deflect the queen away. If 1... Qxb8, then 2. Qa1+ Bd4 3. Qxd4+ Rf6 4. Qxf6#)
1... Qe7 (this seems like the only sensible option black has as it defends against immediate checkmate and saves the queen)
2. Qa1+ Bd4
3. Qxd4+ Qe5
4. Qxe5+ dxe5
5. Rxf8+ Kg7 and white ends up with a huge material advantage and checkmate soon to follow
Solution to the puzzle is :-
Lets analyze the position, we can se that the black king is trapped at one corner of the board helpless as he has no safe squares to go as g8 is blocked by light squared bishop at c4 and g7 square is blocked by the rook at b7 to check we can simply move our queen to a1 but the main problem is the black queen at e8 which can jump to e5 which is protected by d6 pawn so, the only logical move can be rook to b8 attacking the queen if queen deflects and captures our rook then queen to a1 is a check now no matter how black blocks the check say bishop to d4, we simply capture the bishop with a check, now if black blocks with rook to f6 we simply capture it delivering a beautiful checkmate.
I love the videos. I highly recommend this
Who would have thought someone could win when their opponent has a 21 point advantage!!! After watching this everyone will become fan of Adolf Anderson I am sure.
I am his fan since 2006. My all time fav
1.Rb8 deflecting the queen if he captures then Qa1 Rf6 and Qxf6 is a beautiful checkmate
If he does'nt capture and plays something lets say Qe7 then Rxf8 Qxf8 Qa1 Only logical move Qg7 and then Qa8 Qg8 Qxg8 is a checkmate
Please give a heart
I already predicted the last move of checkmate with bishop but forgot the queen sacrifice
Well answer to your puzzle is simple..
W: First capture pawn with pawn F4
B: rook takes pawn to F4(have to take no other option)
W: queen to a1 check
B: pushes queen to e5 blocking the check
W: queen to a8 check..
B: will try to block the check with rook or queen, then just capture it and game over...
Old chess talk is back
And it’s me on the other hand resigning the game after losing a bishop
Same
That was a brilliant mate. 👍
Black:- why is he sacrificing?
(In the next move) White:- checkmate! This is your answer

Yours truly
That's a beautiful checkmate❤ never get bored of this dialogue if anyone else too give a thumbs up here 👍🏻
3:31 Pawn to e5 fork the rook and queen followed by Black queen d6, then white queen e4. Then threatens bishop g5, Nd6
The morale of the story: Don't leave your king in the center
