Делай лицевую тягу, махи на среднюю дельну но без поднимания плеч, то есть даже не до параллель с полом, чтобы ключицы не поднимались, и внешнюю ротацию, это супер сет комплекс, так я и мои друзья армреслелры восстановили свои плечи!!! Взял идею основного упражнения я у топ украинского жимовика Головинского, который после травмы не мог вообще жать, но благодарю первому упражнению смои снова пожать 280 на 3 узким хватом, и усовершенсвовал другими упражнениями на вращательную манжету. Если что надо объяснить, пиши, могу заснять видео со всем комплексом, и объяснить все по порядку прям до мелочей, что и для чего нужно и в какой вектор работать.
Очень хочу чтобы ты с помощью этого сделал себе бетонные плечи как я и выигрывал всех за столом, моему самому любимому армрестлеры Эрмесу Гаспарини Гладиатору🎉❤ 😂

Hey Ermes, you mentioned about Todd Hutchings showing you this exercise but what you are doing is the benchpress and what todd preaches for elbow health is JM presses. It's more like a skullcrusher and benchpress hybrid. You can try those too and see if it works any better. Good luck with your match.
this video is so good, it is enough for me just take expander 15-25kg and do all these moves before every match its so good as a warm up for your arms thanks Ermi.
My rehab routine consists of: Static holds (hook position) for 30s each hand - 3-4 rounds JM Press Pronation Hammer Curls (2-3 sets of wich with light weights for atleast 30 reps) Hot-Cold-Hot water (contrast bath) after the exercises And before sleep some massage and stretch (I like to use some massage gel to keep my arms warm). I actualy lift weights during the week and focus on aw specifically on saturday, so I'll do that rehab proccess after my AW workout and also the next day (sunday). Have no problem with my tendons so far and each week I'm getting stronger. Let's not forget about getting enough protein and sleep.

Bones depends from your birth, from your health. You should breath pure air, work outside, not inside closed enviro ment like gyms, sprint and not taking any ormons, but only you. The diet with low carb and vegetables (unless 100% natural) and some fasting with high fat. So you optimize the tendons and the natural bone structure, because again, it depend on the birth and the basic health. It doesn't exist any exercize for bones, but you can make them weaker by taking steroids and working in closed gyms.

Can a heavyweigth do a 1 arm push up for 6 reps with good enough form? Also doing it with fingers would be better but only a middle weigth could do it, and the guy its not ignorant, 1 arm push up dosent work wrist flexors only, some kind of partial training for joints

@@matteoraffaelevacca238 lo so ma visto che lo fa a prescindere sempre per dare più focus sugli angoli che vuole lui, dico almeno ogni tanto potrebbe cambiare.. e gli conviene farlo quando si allena con carichi bassi per evitare infortuni, quindi quando si allena per il pump. Diventerebbe a mio avviso più elastico, più performante, eviterebbe ancora di più infortuni ed altro ancora. Sti poveri tricep extension chiudiamoli un tantino 😅

Hi ermes from costa rica I lost arm strength doing deadlift for grip and to gain some more weigth im very short and do a weird flop hold and win by resistance, but the loss of arm strength seems out of nowhere? Any ideas?
I had enough strength to hold, but now have to try very hard to toproll and i can bc deadlifts did help grip, but against guys too big i need the lost strength for flop hold

Perché così mantiene una tensione continua sul muscolo , è una tecnica ottima . Ma se fa questo per riabilitazione non saprei di preciso
Proprio con il pump si usa questa tecnica per oscillare attorno al punto di massima fatica e mantenere tensione continua.
