"He grabs his hiking stick"......against a fuggin mountian lion?! If you're a hiker or outdoor enthusiast and you don't carry a side arm, you're asking for it and you deserve what you get. I've had two encounters with predators while venturing into the woods. Thankfully I didn't have to defend myself but boy was I glad I was ready and prepared! One of those encounters was a mountain lion. I won't go into detail but I almost pulled the trigger at one point when the giant cat made an aggressive move toward me. Thankfully I was able to get big and loud enough and throw rocks at it. It decided I wasn't worth messing with and moved along. I don't think my butt fully unpuckered after that for a few days lol!

I grew up on the St Croix River and used to camp every night during the summer. Catfish at night, walleye and bass during the day. Many times I would get woken up at night getting licked by a black bear in the face 😂 absolutely wasted off of Captain Morgan Rum 😂😂 thinking OMG stupid dog let me sleep 😂😅 we didn't bring a dog with. That's how drunk we would get .
