Thanks for the post. I'm thinking of doing the route from Porto to Lisbon shortly so wanted to check out other people's experiences. I travelled through Portugal 2 years ago for 2 weeks by train and it was an amazing experience. You highlighted that yourself and by bike it must be more exhilarating! You've inspired me to take the trip! Cheers!
Hi, I cycled from Lisbon to Santiago via Porto in September 2019. I was due to go to Lisbon in April and September 2020 but I had to cancel because of Covid. I am now reliving my trip by watching UA-cam videos. Thankyou for sharing your journey and story. On my trip my suspension collapsed in Day 1 in Lisbon and I could not get it fixed for 4 days, so the potholed tracks were a bit un-comfortable. I love cycling in Portugal :)
great tour ,,,now missing the most beautiful of portugal that is from lisbon to sagres with many sunny days and beautiful landscapes with incredible beaches, look at these links
Hi, if you go without a gadget, just keep the ocean to your right, if you do use a gadget, there are some good maps on bikemap like this one: www.bikemap.net/en/r/2885324/ I wouldn't advise doing more than 80kms/day, the landscape rolles a lot. I recommend Sintra for beautiful views around there :) people are lovely!!!
úgy érzem hiányzok a hatterből, hogy feldobjam. Mondjuk rázzam a fenekem az unikornis mellett.... mert bocsanat de így eleg unalmas, hogy csak hallani lehet a nagy kalandokrol...

Fantastic video.Only people who have cycled solo can really understand what it is like but your commentary is perfect.
