in the 1990 Flexi Coil had a seed treater that mounted between the between the seed cart and the manifolds on the toolbar. it did a great job coating the seed. I think this would be a more effective way to apply the seed treatment than putting it in the liquid fert.

Why not bag the wheat. Use it for seed next year. We used bags 50 years ago. Just a small bagging bin and can save it away from the silos
That just looks like paint oxidation on the bin, tends to happen when it's just paint and no clear coat.
