A record is not good because it's rare, a record becomes rare because it is so good that everybody wants to have it !! At first I thought of the well known Sixties Manchester Combo "Glass Menagerie", but you have digged out a very rare jewel from an US combo with almost the same name , splendid , I've downloaded it immediatley, thanks for such a Psychedelic nugget of which you find no offer at discogs, it must be very rare because it is so outstanding .....great choice..go on Monsieur Brunet !!

Good catch! Shrieve indeed played in a band called Glass Menagerie but I found no mention of a recording. There were at least 3 bands called Glass Menagerie in the 1960s so I'll have to search further. Santana were from San Francisco and this Revolvo label was from Hollywood... Not that far, could be!

The keyboard sounds to me like a Farfisa. It's what Richard Wright used on Arnold Layne and most of the early recordings by Pink Floyd.

Many records are rare too because they are weak and justifiedly forgotten...rare is not a criteria for great songs !!
