How to apply for CISA Certification - Sachin Hissaria

- Step by step process for CISA certification -
Step - 1 Go to www.isaca.org/
Step - 2 Sign in with your credential (User id and password)
Step - 3 Go to MYISACA - CERTIFICATION
Step - 4 Click on Apply for Certification (under the tab “Certification and CPE Management”)
Step - 5 Pay application processing fess $50
Step - 6 Fill the applicable form (www.isaca.org/... )
(Note - Your verifier cannot be part of your immediate or extended family nor can they work in the HR department.)
Step - 7 Submit the form
When you submit the form, you will receive an email (ticket no) from “support-reply@isaca.org”. Within 1-2 days, ISACA will review your application and send you a confirmation email.
The final CISA certificate will be mailed within 10 working days from "certification@isaca.org".

I have few queries-
1- Can my MCA degree work as a 3 year waiver - as a master's degree in Information Systems and related technology
2- How did you save the filled form , it did not save any details, when i try to save it.
3- How is the digital verification stamping done in form, how does the verifier share these details

Hi,
1- yes
2- you can use save as option after filling document
3- if verifier has DIGITAL SIGNATURE, you need to share filled pdf with them and they will do digital signature
Alternatively you can take print out of the form and fill it manually and take signature of verifier

1- so obviously i did Save As ... , not sure what happened ! It saves.
2- When do they digital signature, it will be stamped also , is my understanding correct ?

1. If you are doing save as it should save filled form. I don’t know why it is not happening in your case

Please need to know we have to fill Spratly experience form included in complete application or same application just need to be enter another page for experience verification.
You can use Same application form and extra page for experience verification
do we need to first pass the exam and do this procedure or what ever you mentioned is the first step before we write examination?
First pass the exam then apply for certification

Please tell me if I am eligible for CISA exam. I have my done my under-graduation in Btech - computer science. And I am placed in KPMG( as IT Audit) with one year experience as of now. I want to pursue my masters. Please help me understand what should I do.

I have Bsc ( electorinics) 3 years degree and 2 years Msc 9 electronics degree and 18 months Cyber incident manager and total 15 years of experience. am i eligible for waiver?
For bsc you will get 2 years wavier,
15 months incident mangers experience can also be used as IT DOMAIN experience
Hi I have passed CISA in 2019. I want to go for the certification. Do we need to have the Membership too to maintain the certification? Can you please elaborate the pros and cons of maintaining the Membership
Membership is not required. You can go for certification without membership
If you maintain the membership you can participate in various local chapter’s programs and can take other certification of isaca (like cism, crisc) at discounted price..

First you need to gain some work experience in IT Audit then only you can fill the form.

Page A1 and A2 will be filled my be
V1 and V2 by company 1 where i have done IT AUDITING
V1 and V2 again where i am taking general audit experience
V1 and V2 again where i’m taking education wavier
So this will be a total of 8 pages all together combined in 1 PDF right?
Yes, all pages are combined in one pdf
So basically it depends if you working in one company since more than 5 years And requirements are satisfied in one company it self, then you have to take signature from that company only
