Albuquerque Armwrestling Practice ft. Josh Bray & Vincent Padilla

A huge thank you to our two hosts of the night for inviting us out and giving us a fantastic practice! I learned plenty about the weak links in my Armwrestling chain and some small technical cues. I hope to make it back down to one of their practices again before the March Tournament.

Zak, how was the practice this past weekend?

It was great! I think there were like 8 or 10 people there. I got to get some tips from Nick Garley, and we pulled for ~2 hours or so. Fun time for sure!
