Hey man, sometimes same. Sometimes life around us can be overwhelming - I try to focus on the things I can control in those situations and it really helps me if I map small goals out day to day that I can work towards and grow from. ❤️
Thank you for the advice, I'll try it. But every time these last months when I try to stand up, I'm just falling over within the next week again. Just feels like there is no point in standing up then.

One day your oxygen, hydrogen, carbon, and nitrogen will return to the universe, try to fight through and enjoy this experience as much as you can, it is hard extremely tough, but the laughs and smiles from time to time make it bearable. 🍻
