Thanks for watching :)
liking the setup. A thought for the area behind the packets. Get some 4inch down pipe and some upvc under sink stuff install 2-4 high on their side, (or square drain pipe) you can then store longer items in them ie levels, rods, conduit long sds drill bits.
Good idea
Stealth mounts have there uses but I’d deffo be fitting two Packout mounting plates, a lot easier to install and a lot sturdier, that’s a lot of weight and force once those drawers are filled and you’re going round corners etc 👍
Fair enough!
I just like your perfection attitude. 👍
I appreciate that!
If I were you my priority would be raising the floor along side the vault tray slightly to slide your ladders in. Or get the mounts that attach the ladders to the ceiling. Getting your ladders out of the way makes things so much better.
I have the same van with pack out. I built a wooden wall on the bulkhead with an inverter that charges batteries, but behind that wood my steps can slide in behind via the side door. Raised floor slightly for big steps, rods, levels etc. pack out everywhere else.
Everyone’s gear is different though! Luckily it’s all interchangeable so you can faff around until you find what works best for you.
Definitely handy stuff the packout
Use the packout mounting plates 100 times easier and lot better
Mhh probs easier but the stealth mounts are smaller
Ad have you got a link for the rubber matting you used. Racking my own van this week and looking at getting some for floor/false floor/shelf cheers buddy
It’s from van pimps I believe I just googled hex rubber floor matting
Are stealth mounts any better than the milwaukee packout mounting plate?
Bout the same they are a lot cheaper
@@AdamTheElectricalApprentice how strong are they mate?
Have you got a pack-out trolly? if so can you use them for mounting on the top of the trolly.
Yes I do that’s a good shout
Great idea to fit them , but why done you do the same method like Nick try to do with the Heavy Duty Drawer Runners , he got the idea from Cory , I’m sure he would let you have them, make it easy to access 🧰 and this will free up your left side of the van to store more stuff . ⚡️👊
Great idea
