I can feel your pain with a lower-end computer myself! I've learned that recording for long periods of time may be the reason for your lag! because, three things are going on at once: streaming, taking up your RAM, and projecting it to a service, like UA-cam; recording, pretty much like streaming, taking up RAM and using the PC's components' raw power to produce the video you want; and, playing the game, Mario's Madness is a more powerful ended mod that will take your RAM, which is probably your main bottleneck because it was only lagging due to it trying to load everything at once with it being used up, and CPU for the frames and pulling internal code execution to allow the mod to function what it was give. What I recommend is to stop recording to reset OBS' cache features to unload the RAM and reset it. Then, start recording again. If that doesn't help, make sure all of your drivers for your system are up-to-date! You can check your driver by going to the "Search" bar in Windows and typing "Task Manager." go to the "Performance" tab and it should show you your specs exactly. You may want to upgrade your system if you have less than 16GB of RAM. Plus, if you restart your computer and enter your motherboard's BIOS, you can enable XMP profiles, which makes sure your RAM is going to its correct speeds! I hope this helps you with your performance^^!
A potential solution to your lag could be turn off TV Effects. I played through to Apparition and then it lagged to 20 fps. So I turned TV Effects on and it stopped lagging. Same with Bad Day, Powerdown, Demise, and The End.
Also you can turn off anti-aliasing too. That might help with All-Stars(I personally haven't tried to beat it yet because my computer weirdly can't handle it, like it closes the game window, idk.)

Something very funny to me is that tor me, despite running the game on an hp laptop, the game had almost no lag issues for me ...aside from bad day, which was so laggy it was borderline unplayable (i also had tv filter and shaders off though)
I find it funny how fnf players are so used to having an instant dodge mechanic ones that delay it like last course ive seen every single youtuber whos played through MM v2 always die atleast once on it lol

1:27:17 a GTX 1060 is plenty for FNF mods, so as another user said here, i think ram is your major bottleneck here. This amount of lag reminds me of the days i used to use intel integrated graphics, and a GTX 1060 is at least twenty times more powerful
@@ZoroLive2005 that being said, the 1060 won't be enough if you wish to stream bigger games in the future, Id recommend a platform upgrade within about 1-3 years. However, for what you are doing, the 1060 was a beast in 2016 and it will still play for you. I did notice Luigi Kid Gaming had a similar lag issue to you. so it could also entirely be the game
id also like to give a personal reccomendation to a kit that i reccomend most builders: Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 16GB 3200MHz RAM. Good performance for $40 and it has a quality heat spreader. But id first make sure that its worth upgrading your platform; there is a certain point where upgrading a old platform is sort of beating a dead horse

1:27:17 a GTX 1060 is plenty for FNF mods, so as another user said here, i think ram is your major bottleneck here. This amount of lag reminds me of the days i used to use intel integrated graphics, and a GTX 1060 is at least twenty times more powerful

@@ZoroLive2005 that being said, the 1060 won't be enough if you wish to stream bigger games in the future, Id recommend a platform upgrade within about 1-3 years. However, for what you are doing, the 1060 was a beast in 2016 and it will still play for you. I did notice Luigi Kid Gaming had a similar lag issue to you. so it could also entirely be the game
id also like to give a personal reccomendation to a kit that i reccomend most builders: Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 16GB 3200MHz RAM. Good performance for $40 and it has a quality heat spreader. But id first make sure that its worth upgrading your platform; there is a certain point where upgrading a old platform is sort of beating a dead horse
