Someone needs to let Steve know that what 5up did was a technique in Kickball. I've used it before. It's viable as long as you don't have a teammate at third base.
Steve mentioned it afterwards that he hoped it was an intentional bunt so he knew about the technique just he wasn't sure about the execution of it by 5up.
@@alexmc49278 After watching part of the games. I come to the conclusion that it was intentional. It seems the players were given a few lessons on how to play the sport including kicking methods. I could tell because a lot of them did intentional bunts. Which is good for players who aren't confident they could send the ball flying. Also. I wish they wore football shoes instead. A lot of the kicks would've been better. Normal tennis shoes absorb the energy of the kick and sometimes hit the ball in a way that is bad for accuracy.
He was hanging with the 100thieves crew day of, apparently, and got last minute recruited to actually play (hence the deeply impractical shoes and jeans)
