Warning: Do not go crazy eating because it will cause problems. Just eat a little more than you normally do and make sure it is healthy stuff, then work your way slowly. Also finish eating at least one hour before bedtime. And avoid those high calorie shakes (over 500 cal). Better to have lower calorie shakes throughout the day. I am not gonna go into detail but I regret trying to gain weight because it caused me some major stomach issues which I had to get endoscopies for. And that was at 2000 cal a day. One girl on youtube even made a video on how she ended up in the hospital, her caloric intake was definitely higher. Also, I looked at some of my old classmates and the ones that were skinny then are still skinny almost 20 years later. The bigger ones are still big. So how you were as a child, you will likely be that way.

It's a very well respected company and many Olympians and footballers use the products. Take corn for example, if its genetically modified so that a gene is inserted in it that makes a protein that when digested in caterpillars kills it, (this was the example used in class) people get scared whinging its unsafe bc it killed the caterpillar when something that is poisoness to a catipillar could be perfectly safe for us since we are very different organisms, not only that but back to the molecules itself (the DNA) it isn't changing to the point it will result in different proteins (proteins give us our traits, such as eye or hair color) so it doesn't matter. Breakfast essentials are a cheaper alternative to ensure. Not exactly the same thing but pretty similar. I like the chocolate powder one.

drinking ensure is actually a really great tip! a few years ago that helped me to gain weight.
Steroid may depress your immunity.And then Ensure is for musle growth but not sure for wt gain.
