Yes realme is worst in customer service, it took them 20 days to replace my in warranty airbuds neo. Samsung replaced my level u2 hand to hand, my experience with samsung is overall good.
We have samsung a50 in our family. It's screen was broken. We had to book an appointment because it was covid's duration. The repair cost was around 4000 rupees. Service was very good. They returned the phone in 3-4 days.

My lg stylus 3 screen was broken and the service centre took just 2 hours to repair it and the cost was only 4000₹. Its a 4 year old phone and they still had all replacement parts available. Really good service.
In my personal experience, Samsung is the best. They create phones to last for 4-5 years. Their accessories are comparatively cheap. Forever a Samsung user. ❤

Once I visited Xiaomi service center with my broken screen of Redmi 5A. Got it fixed within 2 hrs. 😍 And the guys were very frank and cool. I loved the experience.
I'm using OnePlus Nord (1) and my experience with service center was good I was on beta version of Android 11 before and gone for the stable version then just took 10-15 mins to give back my phone in the brand new condition
I had once visited Huawei service centre here in Gurugram due to some issue in charging port and they gave me back repaired phone literally within 10 mins. Also the staff was so hospitable over there. So far it was the best experience with a service centre. The worst experience I ever had was with Xiaomi. I found they do not value the time of customers. Also they don't behave well too. And usually Xiaomi service centres are over-crowded all the time what I have seen over the time.
Great video bud, one thing to note is that Delhi is a metropolitan city, and therefore has excellent service centres and qualified staff for almost all brands you mentioned. But, as you move to tier-2 and tier-3 cities, only Samsung is the only service provider in most cases.

I am using realme x2 , and i too have my display broken and i wanna say that the service center was fantastic ❤️, i have gone there 2-3 times with different problems and they just repair it within 2 hrs every time. Superb experience ✌️
One+ service center in Panchkula, sector 7, took my 7 yr old One+3 phone for a volume rocker and power switch repair. They rejected the service saying its a very old model and they do not get any parts for it. However they still kept the phone saying the technician will inspect it and try to repair. 4 hrs later they call me saying that the repair is done. When I went there I see that only the power rocker has been made workable (still had to press too hard to get it to work) the volume rocker wasnt repaired. The technician asked me to pay 450/- for the repair which I felt was way too much for a shoddy job half done. He said that he has put in extra new parts which was a big lie......after some push back from my side the store manager agreed that the work isnt done properly and informed the technician that it does not deserve any payment. Full marks to the service store manager for honesty and IMO they should let go of the dis-honest technician.
Vivo service is really good I have an Iqoo 9 se I'm facing a video loading problem on UA-cam On the first day they simply reinstall the software but the issue is not resolved. So, I again visited the service centre but this time they simply replaced the phone with new Iqoo 9 se.
Same with me I went to realme service center and I gave my X2 pro due to screen burning issue and they replaced the screen and gave me back after 7 days and they created battery issue by solving the screen issue and again they kept my phone for one week extra and gave my phone back with new battery and it takes nearly 2 and 1/2 weeks one of the worst services I have never seen!
I took my realme X7 5g in may to the realme service center in karol bagh. They gave me back on the next day with my phone working like as if it was newly purchased. Staff was very efficient, well mannered very satisfied
I used to have a oneplus 6, I used it for around 3 years, and I have visited their service center many times, because I tend to drop my phone too much. Every time, their service was excellent. Every time, they had fixed my phone within 1 hour and I had it back the same day. The cost seemed reasonable to be as it was an old phone so parts were not that expensive, but the quality of service, the behavior of the staff, and their timing was commendable. I can't vouch for all the service centers but I had it serviced at the one in Guwahati. I have shifted to Samsung now, but the experience of that service centre was second to none in my opinion.
I have samsung galaxy note 20 ultra which is so called ip 68 and out of warranty, water can easily penetrate in the phone which happened to me, when i went to the service centre and post inspection they said the charges will be Rs.40k, as everything need to be replaced, they not even tried to repair. So I dont think it will be aright decision to visit authorised service centr post warranty period, its better to get serviced from other other mobile repair shop.

Same with me at patna one mall. One of the worst service centre.
Same with me I went to realme service center and I gave my X2 pro due to screen burning issue and they replaced the screen and gave me back after 7 days and they created battery issue by solving the screen issue and again they kept my phone for one week extra and gave my phone back with new battery and it takes nearly 2 and 1/2 weeks one of the worst services I have never seen!

I took my realme X7 5g in may to the realme service center in karol bagh. They gave me back on the next day with my phone working like as if it was newly purchased. Staff was very efficient, well mannered very satisfied

I went to realme service centre and they replaced the screen of realme XT within 2 hour. So it depends on part availability not service centre.

I used to have a oneplus 6, I used it for around 3 years, and I have visited their service center many times, because I tend to drop my phone too much. Every time, their service was excellent. Every time, they had fixed my phone within 1 hour and I had it back the same day. The cost seemed reasonable to be as it was an old phone so parts were not that expensive, but the quality of service, the behavior of the staff, and their timing was commendable. I can't vouch for all the service centers but I had it serviced at the one in Guwahati. I have shifted to Samsung now, but the experience of that service centre was second to none in my opinion.

My experience : Realme 2 pro screen replacement. Costs around 4500 rs
And my phone's vibration mode was not working after replacement 😭
My experience has been best with Xiaomi reasonable price and also they replaced the display in single hour and Asus was also similar.

I have samsung galaxy note 20 ultra which is so called ip 68 and out of warranty, water can easily penetrate in the phone which happened to me, when i went to the service centre and post inspection they said the charges will be Rs.40k, as everything need to be replaced, they not even tried to repair. So I dont think it will be aright decision to visit authorised service centr post warranty period, its better to get serviced from other other mobile repair shop.
