If you look for scholarships the best semester in fall, In the other semesters there are very few scholarships. It depends on the study programs, the additional budget for books can go from 500 to more than 1K. I'm in a business school program, and in one semester I spent close to 700K.
That professor he was talking about at 18:03, his initials were A.D. All of us students who took him was left with no choice as he was the only one available into teaching that course. I don't want to remember him but I think he haunts me the most when I think about it.
