These don't take talent to replicate. Just practice. Try getting just a small bottle of resin, and you can use just regular eye shadow for colorant. Don't go to a lot of expense to start. You can get hand held LED flashlights that are around $3. Or they used to be. Instead of dried flowers, try using rhinestones, pearls,...pieces of old jewelry. The closed jump rings you can get fairly inexpensively from eBay, etc. Use rhinestones, flat pearls...whatever you can find instead of the pieces she uses in between the two rings. Or if you have lightweight wire and wire cutters...even heavy toenail clippers will cut the wire. Try wrapping the wire around something like a nail polish bottle if you have a small round one...get creative. You don't have to duplicate these designs exactly. For less than about $15:you can get started. It really just takes a lot of practice! Or if you are close to a Michaels...they have a lot of supplies for resin work. But get a small bottle of any UV resin to start. In fact, instead of using an LED lamp, just place your piece gently in a windowsill. Within minutes it will cure in this heat we are having this summer. It's a hobby that can get very expensive. But it doesn't have to be to start.

@@nazarethjuwenK So you are used to trying until you succeed. I used to teach macrame classes until my hands got too bad to do the work. Good luck with your adventure into resin work. It was my passion until recently. Losing my service dog unexpectedly from a very aggressive cancer...just trying to get through each day right now. She was my inspiration and confidence in life. Although I have another dog now...like every major life change, I'm adjusting. So glad you are moving forward with resin! And do take advantage of your sunny windowsill! I think it cures more smoothly than LED lamps.

Try some sticky tape. There are plenty of videos that stick the circle down on tape so nothing leaks.

@@WellISaidIt Yes thank you. But in these videos tape is not used and metal sticks enough to be manipulated with brush and not move nor seep under. I am wondering how she does that? Is there some sticky stuff applied?
