In acrylic pamma laminate sheet pressing is must , not by hand press, hydrolic 4 cylinder machine press required, minimum 12 hours required for acrylic laminate sheets, water base glue required, if not bubbles, waves comes, so acrylic is density wise more then mica laminate, mica having resin coating, Acrylic having thinner pp films, both different...don't use faster dry gum, they have gas or chemical which damages acrylic films.... without knowing don't use, better do job work from factory.

Waves or air bubbles come because, mostly people after purchase, mica or acrylic laminate, they're keep in roll for a long time, and then after some time they use, rolling of any this items only for transportation, they are flat product, if you keep in roll, bend comes in central part of product, for re arrange , you want to flat the said products, on that product you want to keep a Hdhmr or MDF or hdf board , for one day, if after 2-3 days u open the roll, 3 days , same process, after that if you press, minimaze the issues, if technically sheet is ok no air pass, whenever you glue , use roller not by hand only one side, hot atmosphere where glue dry faster, you want to glue in both raw bord and mica or acrylic,for acrylic laminate sheets only use water base gum long curring time, for acrylic laminate required minimum 3 to 4 days press then only good finesh will come, if moisture atmosphere glue only in Raw board . if cold whether also in Raw board . Pressing time will change in different whether, currently Rate OEMs doing that because they have no time, but if you do not follow the rules you can't receive a good cut in size products. Room temperature, whether are factors, if it changes, before pressing, effect product finish. Every material which you want to cut or press, keep them, where you want to give the job work, 2 days in advance, mostly project people doing a job in Harry, that makes problems , select technically qualified and old OEMs ,only advanced machine not give you good finesh products, there is lots of technical factors who make a good finesh products. So search for that first. The second time pressing is not workable. Use Hdhmr action tesa Raw board for smooth finish or barche Russian calibrated ply ( which is 100% calibrated) for best finish. Mica and acrylic want different pressure, so the Oem doesn't know all this they do not give u good finesh products.
