  • Ingredients:
    - 500 grams boneless chicken, cut into cubes
    - 1 cup yogurt
    - 2 tablespoons ginger garlic paste
    - 1 tablespoon lemon juice
    - 1 teaspoon red chili powder
    - 1 teaspoon garam masala
    - 1 teaspoon kasuri methi (dried fenugreek leaves)
    - 1 teaspoon ground coriander
    - Salt to taste
    - 2 tablespoons melted butter
    - 2 tablespoons oil
    - Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
    #For the Batter:
    - 1 cup all-purpose flour
    - 2 eggs
    - Salt to taste
    - Water, as needed
    For Frying:
    - Oil, for deep frying
    For Garnish:
    - Chopped coriander leaves
    - Lemon wedges
    - Onion rings
    Instructions:
    1. *Marinate the Chicken:*
    - In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, red chili powder, garam masala, kasuri methi, ground coriander, salt, melted butter, and oil.
    - Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and mix well, ensuring each piece is coated evenly.
    - Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight for the flavors to meld.
    2. *Prepare the Skewers:*
    - After marinating, thread the marinated chicken onto the soaked wooden skewers. Leave a little space between each piece.
    3. *Prepare the Batter:*
    - In a shallow dish, whisk together all-purpose flour, eggs, and salt. Add water gradually to make a smooth, thick batter.
    4. *Coat the Skewers:*
    - Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.
    - Dip each skewer of chicken into the batter, ensuring it's evenly coated.
    5. *Fry the Skewers:*
    - Carefully place the skewers into the hot oil, a few at a time, without overcrowding the pan.
    - Fry until golden brown and the chicken is cooked through, about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally for even cooking.
    - Remove the skewers from the oil and drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.
    6. *Serve:*
