Backstory. I met Andre in a store while looking for an MMA gym. He told me about his gym. I’ve been following him for 10 years waiting for him to be noticed. I knew he would be someone. Not only does he deserve it but no ones given him the publicity he needed.

I reckon Jake will still win, his team aren’t stupid. Like you said, this Andre guy probably works a full-time job + family to take care leaving only 1.5-2 hours (max) a day to train compared with Jake who could spend all his time training, resting, eating the best food and already in shape. Andre probably won't have enough time to get prepared for this fight, especially with such a long break. Still looking forward to seeing what happens though.
Based on the limited footage august looks better than tommy who jake lost to. I have a feeling even if August outboxes jake he won't get th3 decision over jake. He has to knockout him or thoroughly outbox jake which I highly doubt.

August is probably tougher and a harder fight than fournier but he seems too slow and a bit older so jake should be able to get it done.
he's for sure better than Joe but if you put them up against each other right now it would be Andre's hardest fight to date those padded recorded guys he's faced literally don't know what to do when their opponent doesn't stand there like a punching bag
He’s 7 years younger and more active than joe so that makes the biggest difference with him and joe just on paper plus Andre amateur career but I think it’s 7/30 Jake probly catch him just cause he reminds me of Tyron and woodley but throws a lot more punches
In Andre defense he said he was struggling to get fights during Covid but was still going to the gym

You have backwards😳. Fury already beat Paul😳. If August loses he will be a Nobody again. It’s a dumb fight in the first place😂. Paul needs to fight a Ranked fighter next.
Can he box? Yes. Unfortunately his pro career never popped off but he has a lot of experience which will play a factor in the fight or at least when both fighters are at mid range and/or in the phonebooth. Jake needs to maintain his range, stick to the game plan and that's something Jake has a big problem doing. Especially when Jake is in the clinch he's not a very psychical fighter in the slightest and that has been showed in every fight he's been in even with Nate.

I think Jake said that because no one knows Andre so the risk is high if he looses vs we knew Tyron Anderson Nate tommy so the loss isn’t as drastic

I ran into jake irl in Miami a few years back and boy was way shorter than I thought- 5’10 absolute max, could “maybe” get an extra inch with the right pair of shoes, but he had on big ass boots so I think that 5’10 was including an inch or two for soles

I think Jake still couldve chose better opponents that can sell paper views and help him become a world champ like Nico Ali Walsh or idris Virgo or Vidal Riley or even ksi would’ve been better than this guy hell even guys like joe fornie or Julio Cesar Chavez jr would’ve been better opponents
Realistically, he’s 3-1, he’s not gonna go for those guys yet, but Andre August is better than Fournier and KSI and probably Virgo and all the guys apart from Nico and Vidal.
He also had 25 amateur fights. Not sure why anyone thinks Jake is any more skilled than this guy. Jake's record is just a padded. Jake has never KO'd anyone near his size and couldn't even stop Diaz who fought most of his UFC career at 155 lbs when Jake's fights have all been at Cruiserweight 190 lbs. Jake has stopped a retired basketball player and 2 wrestlers that both fought at 170 in the UFC.

@@jasperclipz5067He did good. Should gradually work his way up to fighting bigger guys though. He may even be too big for the Cruiserweight division. Fighting smaller guys can help build confidence and Improve his skills and record but he gonna have to fight guys as big as he is eventually. He's doing what he should but realistically he's got a long way to go. He still only has like 9 fights and hasn't beaten anyone his size yet. Good on him though, he's doing it right.
Jake had a hard time vs nate in the later rounds lost vs an out of prime nate who was 38 and not a boxer soft hits still gave jake hard time also Tommy isnt good lost to ksi judges gave him it and just has the name and jake hasnt fought any one good at boxing the guy he did looked out matched i say andre pulls it off he not that old nate held it for how many rounds
