I wasn’t too surprised when I heard Inzoi is delayed but I’m kinda happy because I’d rather wait for the game then have it come out rushed and buggy. I think this was a good decision on their part. They realized that they needed more time to make the game run better and there’s nothing wrong with that.
The delay does make me worry because Life by you kept delaying before eventually canceling all together. I hope that’s not the case with Inzoi because I am excited for it but you never know🤷🏽♀️that’s why I held off buying a new computer until release
Paradox was and is mostly focusing on its other games like ck3 and stuff, they cancelled it because their confidence was too... Too much and they thought it would be done in the moment they thought and imaginated, but i believe inzoi could actually be realised if they be really careful about it.
At least they are being honest and making sure the game plays perfectly and didn't cancel like life by you or give us a bunch of glitches and crashes like Sims 4 but it's worth the wait
Hate to see people so pissed at a game being delayed when simmers know first hand what a rushed- not ready for release- game is put out, if the sims 4 was released a year later half the problems with coding and half baked gameplay would’ve been fixed, instead the game was released in a permanent beta test with dlc launched only a couple months after
Well at least we have a solid date to look forward to, not ideal because it isn't really coming by this year as promised, but I'll take it. The PTSD of Life by You is rather understandable, but I don't feel as much dread as I had in Life by You. They already had a demo roll out and a convention exhibit, which Life by You didn't have in the course of their development. So I'm guess that they are pretty well ready to release soon, but just needs the time to iron out issues and work on the feedback.
For a game that was supposed to be releasing to early access this year, it explains why there was silence with the date. Nothing to worry about yet though, it's only one delay and it's not a long wait. It's a very different situation to LBY as LBY had no demo that. If the March date is delayed, then it's time to be concerned IMO.
I expected this to be delayed. But I don't know if March is enough time to fix the glaring issue with the game;the shallowness. I do hope they will really flush out the game some more, doing things should matter in the game and that is something Sims 4 does not give you at all.
@@anomalytenacious I think players playing will fix a lot of that. It is Early Access. Balder’s Gate 3 in early access was nowhere near what it was at launch, but it was a functional and playable (fun enough) game in the right place for players to play and give solid feedback that created the final form of the game.
I am in no hurry for Inzoi to come out.. even if they came out today, I would probably wait for a while, and watch game streaming and game play videos first before making a decision to go buy it or not.. I play the Sims 4 so much as it is.. it would have to take something far better for me to give up on the Sims 4 to go to something else.. but I am open for something better!!
Honestly the hype is down for me for InZoi in Paralives. I still love and want Paralives to come out, but until I can buy it and play it I am not going to be waiting with baited breath for every post. Not super excited. When InZoi comes out, I also think its okay if every system isn't perfect yet in early access, even as a Family Player. They aren't really gonna learn what players want until they give it to players. Devs assume wrong all the time. That being said, if they have some solid ideas about what they want to do with the game before March and some base optimization plans (that should at LEAST be decent in Early Access) leeeeeettttttssss go, take your time. But more time doesn't always equal better game so I hope they don't get too caught up in feature creep, that's what killed LBY.
Am I the only that’s turned off by the push to “BE HAPPY! THIS IS GOOD NEWS!!”? Yes there is a huge benefit to this. But it’s also normal for people to be cautious based on what we just experienced with LBY. I’m sorry but I will always have a side eye for the “just be happy and stay positive” attitude. A bit of neutrality wouldn’t kill the community…
Yeah and 'let them cook' is used to often as if more time is a 100% guarantee of a better game. It's not and sometimes feeling like you have forever to finish something leads to it never being finished. Delivery goals and plans are good, but this isn't really a delay in the traditional sense since it never really had a release date, just a vague '2024' release sooo gonna give them some grace. I am gonna see if they hit the March date, if they do. Great!! If they start playing the delay game like LBY, then worry.
They should take as much time as they need, honestly, people need to touch more grass. The team have been working on this game for only 2 years. March is not that far... These folks are already crying about it and saying "the hype is over"?? Oh, ok, bye then. Go play that half-baked videogame you call "Sims 4" lol

It’s not bad news stop with this nonsense it’s literally great it means they are taking time for it
I agree🤣
Didn’t this happen with life by you 😅
*if this game operates with advanced AI or chatgpt, it's gonna be legendary and that's worth the wait* 👌
