Wargaming doesn't test anything in public multi-player games. They only look at analytics. So they have no idea that it lacks rounds.
They don't know about any of the other problems with their game either, because they don't play it.

Man, they've been buffing all of my favorites lately. I absolutely love it. Never knew why, but the Panzerwagen is one of my best tier 10 lights, stats wise. Didn't make sense, looking at the tank.

You got really lucky on that cap reset, shouldve loaed the HE so u were basically guaranteed to reset.
