Very well specified house with pool, jacuzzi, steam, sauna, cinema, gym, lift to all floors, games room, aircon, triple garage and terraces. Master bedroom has HIS and HER dressing and en-suites, and every bedroom has it’s own en-suite. Step free access to the two front entrances as well. Walkable to Longcross rail station if the chauffeur has a day off! I wonder if the noise from the nearby M3 motorway would be intrusive, or whether the house is far enough away from the traffic so there is no issue.
Just remember to duck from stray golf balls when entering the garden and always wear a gas mask due to hazardous sprays carried by the wind from the golf course which cause cancer. Apart from that there is no issue
The trees surrounding the property would provide protection from stray golf balls. If anything the golf course did affected your health then you could sue - if you win the case it would help pay the mortgage on the house!

If you have fewer children but have sibling and sleepovers, the answer's still the same.
There’s a three car garage on the side but I absolutely agree that the cinema room looks like an afterthought. The swimming pool looks as if it’s only suitable for two, maybe three, people at the most. Given that, according to Rightmove, it’s up for over 25m I’d be inclined to give it a hard pass.

@@raymondtv don’t get me wrong it still IS a nice property but, as you’ve just pointed out, mansions in the UK compared to the US are waaaaaaayyy overpriced for what they are. I’ll admit that the area (Virginia Waters) is a desirable one but whether it’s one you’d want to actually settle down in for the rest of your life is questionable.
