Its about Justin not The Weeknd cause she’s showing how she would take him back saying “wanna steal a car again?” Knowing that their relationship would bursts into flames again but she loves him so much he was worth all the pain and ups and downs. Plus she was reading a book that said ‘Tales of Infidelity’ cause justin was rumored to be cheating. Weeknd never treated her that way, he cherished her. A lot of symbolism in this video.
Dus forreal look like that meme of the dog sneezing 😂 But tbh the style didn't remind me of the 90s too much with the miming and subtitles. It actually reminded me more of Charlie Chaplin and silent movies. Though it did remind me of the 90s with the camcorder videos, but I can see where you're coming from with it reminding you of movies like Jeepers Creepers and House of Wax. Overall it was good. And I love her haircut lol. Good video though guys. I appreciate how you don't just settle on one part of the video; you zone in on the visuals, lyrics, vocals, etc. and give an actual critique 👍
