Being a very visual person, the graphics you add to your videos helps me to better understand and picture how your concepts apply to my property.

Great Video! Would love a video just on access. Maybe show a few aerial photos and talk through the improvements, and then how you plan to access the stands. In this video are you coming in from the bottom? Seems like you wouldn't want to cross the trail to get to a stand and leave scent. But if you come in from the fields you risk deer out around the fields getting spooked. I think a video showing the access would tie this all together. Thanks Jeff!

Lately I feel like I shouldn't even hunt the morning. It seems so much easier to sneak in to a stand in the afternoon on the edge of bedding. That being said i did shoot at nice buck this past season at 0930 on Nov 7. but i feel like all rules go out the window during that time.

My 40 has always been better for evenings still not sure why, but I love a crisp morning hunt. Thanks Jeff

Where I hunt, pressure dictates almost everything, more than cover, food etc..., there's usually less pressure in the mornings.

    Jeff,
I got my cabin finished. You asked me to show you the final set up.
Should I post then to Instagram?
Been working on the to do list from your September 2022 visit. Can't wait to see the results this fall.

My ground in NY seems to have deer that consistently hang on the fringes of their ridgetop bedding early am even with two good food sources on either side a ways off making access up and in the morning difficult. I wish they subscribed to the conventional thought of food to bedding.

I enjoy morning hunts starting late October. It is however very crucial to plan my meals the day/evening before a morning sit to ensure it's enjoyable. 😁

Hey, question for you. I hunt a small property on top of a ridge. Its extremely rocky so I can only dig two feet down to bury a 100 gallon water trough. Should I hide the remaining part of the trough with rocks on the side of it?

Thanks Jeff! Was expecting my switchgrass to be popping up soon, I spreaded heavily in 2 different areas, how long does your switchgrass usually take to germinate?

If your plots are located on the periphery of your property to create a central sanctuary with bedding on the interior, how are you supposed to get between the bedding areas without looking deer, leaving scent, etc.?
