Its even rarer in the new update they somehow made them rarer (Also there is supposed to be 1 vhest in a match thatcan spawn up to 3 exotics but said chest is completely random and with the 100% chest spawn rate its really impossible to find)
Yeah it's just him moaning and groaning for no reason literally only had 2 matches where i got a mythics and 1 where i got exotics and i play a decent amount.
An issue I had with OG was how the Chapter 1 map lacked enough cover and ways to traverse mountains in Zero Build. The Reload map feels like a great mix with POIs made with building in mind, enough cover around the map and easy to traverse in Zero Build, and features like the water and mending machines that make it fast-paced fun.
like bro zero build wasn't a thing when chap1 was made chap1 was designed around build chap2 around and 3 around lore and chap4 and chap5 feels more likely designed for zb

this game mode would be 100 percent more bearable if there was siphon. The map is so tiny that by the time you finish one fight you got the entire army of Afghanistan coming after you and the amount of mobility in that mode just makes it even more annoying and constant.
honestly I heavily agree with siphon that'd be amazing in this mode. I don't necessarily have the problem of the army chasing me down after a fight but I've seen it before so I won't argue that lol

I know this is gonna sound like baby talk, especially for many, but I’ve been struggling so much to win as I’m with the sweatiest players ever, I know I’ve been playing since chapter 1 but I have such a skill issue and I’m still garbage at the game. The building grid thing is not talked about enough at all ,the new nitrodrome poi for example has one of the worst building grids I've ever seen and you can't even build on the top half of it at all. Meanwhile you can build in every part of retail row and every single piece lines up with every single house or shop. Don't even get me started on how awful mega city's grid was last chapter The new pois, are designed looks first, zero build second, building last, some of them even lacking in basic materials
one thing that i like about reloaded is that at least they brought back my hammer ar plus the stringer ever since it got it nerf in chap3s2 is a pretty good but not op smg
4:40 as a person who can use a leaver action and not be completely screwed, it’s mostly best used to take pot shots at someone when peeking then quickly taking cover or dodging. pump is still better

You maintain this sense of logic to each of your arguments that truly means I can't really argue your point, and I like that, it's eye opening.
Hot take time: Stinger SMG & Hammer AR are fantastic and deserve a place in this gamemode, ranger shotgun is great for zero build, and the lever is fun to shit on. Only weapon that needs to go is the lever.
Personally, I haven't found this mode fun at all. It's too fast, too up to luck on if you find any of the mythics, and too full of competitive-minded players to be an experience I have fun with. That said, I'm very glad it exists for the people who do want it, and that it can serve to please them where the modes I've found most fun have failed them. This is a good step in the right direction for the health of the game overall.
The whole damn mentality of "OG GaMeMoDeS hAvE tO bE wItHoUt NeW fEaTuReS" if they added the game in its 100% original state, you would still not be satisftied, I will say adding exotics is odd, but the Lever and Ranger fit into the Meta, The Ranger being a Swift Ranged Shotgun with tight crosshairs with big Damage along with the Lever being the middle ground between the two OG Shotguns. Chapter 5 Season 3 Also got shat on wayyyy to hardly, fortnite using bots to cover up the fact that games normally have a wait time isnt a chapter 3 issue, for a casual this season has been the most fun this chapter by a long shot...
I mostly agree, I think is better to spice thing up with VERY RARE mithics and exotic, we can’t be stuck in the past of chapter one so minus well have other guns (although the lever should leave immediately)

I think it is a good mode because they dont just have zero build in mind so the map dosnt need to have random cover in every corner but the map dosnt make zero build unplayable personally besides the lootpool including the lever, ranger and stinger i think its great
One micro thing: i Think they should reajust the pump. 128 damages is way too much for a body shot and feels like very cheap damage, since it also makes the damage cap feature worse in a sense that you don’t need all pellets to hit to get a max pump. I Would love if they could bring Back the 116 - 203 damage like they did in Og
I see the bloated loot pool as a way to prevent people from EXCLUSIVELY running Scar, Spas, P90 and two stacks of Shockwaves, or whatever victims of "The Meta" use in those last two slots. I'm not gonna defend the Lever Shotgun though. Epic was probably laughing their ass off watching people get mad at it, or probably really eager to get us to understand their view of the weapon, which won't work at all unless they buffed either the speed or spread.
One of my biggest issues in this mode is the solo mobility in a team mode. Why have they chosen to add grapplers and shockwaves that only really benefit one person when launchpads and bouncers are iconic chapter 1 items that are much better suited for team play and are much more balanced in general. Do they have a vendetta against the trap slot because trap mobility is by far the most logical for this mode.. crash pad jrs are kinda Ok-ish, but they just feel like a budget bouncer, are very scuffed and inconsistent and are definitely not from the early chapters
Hey good video and all, and clearly we’re VERY different players so I’m gonna give this a bit of a preamble(because I feel like if I don’t some 5 year old is gonna leave a mean reply). I’m not a casual but I’m also not a SUPER competitive player, I’m somewhere in the middle just because over the years I realized how volatile in quality this game can be from season to season and stopped trying as much, I also hardly ever play build now because the skill floor for build is just way too high now. With that being said I find most your points pretty understandable or agreeable. However you’re treating all of the mythics/exotics like weapon’s you’re going to run into every game, which you’re just not, rarely will you find or come across somebody with any of those weapons it just seems super nitpick-y. And to be honest I just don’t mind the shockwaves as much coming from a zero build player, but I feel like this is a moot point probably because having some insane burst mobility is super helpful for a few scenarios like getting third partied or getting stuck out in the open with no builds(or porta bunkers/bubbles). And they don’t feel super common or anything. But I can totally see how they’d be annoying. I guess they could leave the build loot pool and stay in zero build.
The only reason I like Reload is because I don't have to deal with the Chapter 5 projectile based bullet drops for every gun. Why Epic decided that needed to be a change will forever baffle me

Definitely an improvement but I would still prefer they split the loot pools between playlist’s so they wouldn’t have to effect casual play so heavily.

chapter 5 season 1 was amazing and the first half of season 2 was great but epic fell off after the avatar update. if they added the core mechanics like hit scan and the old movement and nerfed fistsa and cars i think they could revive this chapter.
Ngl, I feel like some of your points on the weapon and item pool is weak, not to say you're wrong, but you don't feel right either. For me, a better criticism would have been the inclusion of more items like grenade, clingers, impulse, even the EMP nades or cluster clinger. In a fast paced gamemode like this, I feel like items SHOULD be more accessible, not just for movements, but for both offense and defense, like a wild card. Now for weapons ? I think the selection is fine, there's enough types of loadout to please almost everyone, and yes EVEN the mythics (although, Jules' or Skye's grapplers shouldn't be in the game I think). However, I recognize that it's not perfect, but what season of Forrnite has ever been perfect ? On my end, I can deal with heisted exotic weapons, people fleeing a fight or having to fight with a lever, it's not that intrusive to me.

You can’t play reload unless you’re very good at the game. A causal like me who doesn’t get much time to play anymore gets their pants pulled down by people who clearly spend way too much time playing this game.
It's really not that bad if you have a good team/duo. I'm not a very good player, I swear most of these kids be doing too much with crazy edits and stuff just for me to stand there with my shotgun out and killing them. I'd say I'm over average so I have a bit of credibility here
It’s so funny because the 1st season of Chapter 5 was fantastic imo. It was SIMPLE. The medallions were great and useful, the map was fluid with awesome POI’s, there wasn’t much that was borderline “broken”, the community seemed to really enjoy it and then….just like everything else Epic has done since 2019, they just…dramatically change it..?? They removed great POI’s for these dog shit new ones (Underworld, Brawlers) but keep the barren wasteland snowy mountain area?? They add horrifically broken weapons and mechanics (Nitro fists, cars w turrets, water bending) and it’s just like.. why? Why do they keep doing this shit? It’s been the same bs since 2019, they have something great, they do WAYYYY too much to try to change it and then the community dies until they make it, what’s the word… oh yeah! SIMPLE!!
Bro the first season of Chapter 5 was SO GARBAGE. All the POIs were basically the same, the season was SO BORING, the only truly great thing about that season was the TMNT event and the Titan Hand Mini Event. Everything else was either fine or trash. Also calling Underworld and Brawlers bad pois while liking the SAME POI COPY PASTED THREE SEVEN TIMES ACROSS THE MAP is crazy. I want wacky POIs, not Call of Duty map changes.

We should have MORE utility items, not less. They are especially crucial on zero build.

chapter 5 season 1 was amazing and the first half of season 2 was great but epic fell off after the avatar update. if they added the core mechanics like hit scan and the old movement and nerfed fistsa and cars i think they could revive this chapter.

Ngl, I feel like some of your points on the weapon and item pool is weak, not to say you're wrong, but you don't feel right either.
For me, a better criticism would have been the inclusion of more items like grenade, clingers, impulse, even the EMP nades or cluster clinger.
In a fast paced gamemode like this, I feel like items SHOULD be more accessible, not just for movements, but for both offense and defense, like a wild card.
Now for weapons ? I think the selection is fine, there's enough types of loadout to please almost everyone, and yes EVEN the mythics (although, Jules' or Skye's grapplers shouldn't be in the game I think). However, I recognize that it's not perfect, but what season of Forrnite has ever been perfect ? On my end, I can deal with heisted exotic weapons, people fleeing a fight or having to fight with a lever, it's not that intrusive to me.

You can’t play reload unless you’re very good at the game. A causal like me who doesn’t get much time to play anymore gets their pants pulled down by people who clearly spend way too much time playing this game.
It's really not that bad if you have a good team/duo. I'm not a very good player, I swear most of these kids be doing too much with crazy edits and stuff just for me to stand there with my shotgun out and killing them. I'd say I'm over average so I have a bit of credibility here

It’s so funny because the 1st season of Chapter 5 was fantastic imo. It was SIMPLE. The medallions were great and useful, the map was fluid with awesome POI’s, there wasn’t much that was borderline “broken”, the community seemed to really enjoy it and then….just like everything else Epic has done since 2019, they just…dramatically change it..??
They removed great POI’s for these dog shit new ones (Underworld, Brawlers) but keep the barren wasteland snowy mountain area?? They add horrifically broken weapons and mechanics (Nitro fists, cars w turrets, water bending) and it’s just like.. why? Why do they keep doing this shit? It’s been the same bs since 2019, they have something great, they do WAYYYY too much to try to change it and then the community dies until they make it, what’s the word… oh yeah! SIMPLE!!

Bro the first season of Chapter 5 was SO GARBAGE. All the POIs were basically the same, the season was SO BORING, the only truly great thing about that season was the TMNT event and the Titan Hand Mini Event. Everything else was either fine or trash.
Also calling Underworld and Brawlers bad pois while liking the SAME POI COPY PASTED THREE SEVEN TIMES ACROSS THE MAP is crazy. I want wacky POIs, not Call of Duty map changes.
