This is actually crazy😭i went to Itzy's concert before, and even for insanely good dancers like itzy they had to hold back and dance mildly for concerts . Meanwhile XG is giving their all in every song and performances I've seen so far. They are always having so much fun, serving the stage presence and the moves. I am in a dance crew myself, and I know dancing like this for 6-7 songs in a roll is damn hard!!
i think itzy's LIA physical conditioning is not in tip top shape that is why they cant always go all in. which is better in a way because safety is paramount.
And while on tour getting amble rest time after an incredibly physical set then packing up and moving to a new city and doing it again with minimal sleep the next or even just 2 days later can be incredibly difficult on the body. I was actually really impressed to see XG BTS of the Undefeated Choreo that as soon as Chisa expressed the twinged back they took her aside and had a physio person on sight to help relieve the pain. Treating these artists as also athletes is actually probably something that needs to be looked at more and more as things move forward. I don't know how regular this is behind the scenes and from stories in the industry it doesn't necessarily seem to be the standard. Which is why I'm really hoping these girls can stay healthy and not over strain their bodies on their first tour. They have the potential to be an extremely long lasting GG of incredibly high talent ceiling.

I was at the show in San Francisco just a few days before this and they played a teaser for us and Jurin spoiled a little bit of the choreo. How cool that they added it to their setlist! 😱

So fantastic to see a girl group really pull off big moves! Their choreo was so good too, everyone in sync with the music. XG!!
