I had bronchitis 3 times between Christmas & June....but no matter how many steroids & antibiotics the infection cleared but the cough continued for 6 mths...my doctor after having chest X-rays & blood tests diagnosed 100 day cough virus 🦠 which forgot to pish off after not 100 days 😂😂what cleared it finally was a steroid preventer inhaler alongside my Ventolin inhaler...it really wore me out but finally out the other side....feel better soon Shebahn ....Ruesha get your smear test it’s not something to put on the long finger pet...your health is your wealth...☘️💚🇮🇪
I used to get bronchitis in the spring and pneumonia in the fall and a walk in clinic doctor told me that the human body doesn't need vitamins and minerals. I stopped really listening to what doctors had to say as that guy was a m0r0n. I started washing my hands before i went to the washroom and definitive at meal time as well as after. I started drinking more water. I take vit d3, vit b12, a multi vit, iodine, oregano oil, zinc and a thyroid booster as now I have developed an issue with thyroid hormones. I don't get bronchitis and pneumonia anymore, been many years. And when I do get a lung issue, I double up and get over it much faster as well as add in kombucha, magnesium electrolytes (natural calm) with nuun and energ-c to bounce back much faster. And tea with soup. I have changed a lot of how I used to eat. Feel much better. But I don't have kids and family to tend to. I have thyroid issues and sleep apnea so I am often tired, now that i am treating it, it is much better than how it was.
I'm so grateful I watched enough Scottish football, Sir Alex Ferguson interviews and Scottish TV shows on UKTV over the years to not need subtitles for the girls' Glaswegian accents. 😆
Listened to with subtitles, your Scottish accent is sometimes difficult to understand 🫶 Chloe Lacasse leaving arsenal, no more 24 Lacasse 😢 I'm a Chelsea fan but I appreciated this
Lots more comedy gold in this one. "Can I go back to death for a minute? Yes." 😂The phone call was priceless!
Nice to see the growth & maturity of Rue in the last year.

Seeing this video really completed my Saturday night! Live laugh love the gals
“ and you get to the dentist “ can’t beat sisterly love. Great podcast ladies 👏🏼👏🏼
I think this pod has inspired my dissertation as a nurse! The importance of smear tests within women’s sports team or something like that 😂
I saw a qoute saying the receptionist at doctors think they are the bouncers of the NHS so true 😂😂😂
Hello Ruesha. The cream of football chat shows.
AHAHAHAHAHA the thrush doctors surgery call is so funny. The accent and tone is bang on Shebahn
It's the same in Ireland ringing the doctors it's like your asking the receptionist for a kidney asking for an appointment
ruesha for president>
Saturday night made thanks girls but when are we getting ruesha and shabahn on tour 👀

Shebahn, the thrush could be from the antibiotics.
We can see those gains 💪🏼
The mascara does look good too ✅
I thought Jamie was out for a run lately 🏃
I SAW UR SNAP RUESHA HOPE U HAVE A GOOD DAY
“I’m not a politician” - YET.
24:36 ‘that’s the end’
is Ruesha saying she’s retiring after her contract?😢
Also another funny one
It takes 7 years to train a doctor and 2 mins for a receptionist to think shes one also 😂😂😂
See an immunologist as it sounds like your immune system is not working well.
Think shebahn needs to try a wee antihistamine..allergy related cough 🤔
