Pickle Pete Late Endless Mode (Wave 62 to 70)

Decided to start recording in Wave 62 since it felt like a good run on my Max HP and Armor, only to scream at Wave 70 in a very stupid way...

I don't use any set bonus.
I have been using Cowboy Head, Cowboy Face, Cowboy Chest, Jester Back and Wizard Boots, still prioritising INTEREST since the 2.4.0 update.
All the PATROL EARNING from the Banker Set is being wasted when playing Endless Mode.

It is for the easy pickles from the wooden crates during the late game.
The enemies in the late game if Endless Mode can become quite thick and hard to kill..

I can't get passed the the wave where there is gold waves and a ton of babies that get ridiculously fast. How do I combat that? Do I have to get a special weapon or perk?

You aren't doing anywhere near enough damage here. You arent killimg anything much, you are just running around it. You need to focus on one dsmage type (elemental, plasma guns is the best) and pump crit.

I wish I could, but RNG dictates me to play in such a manner. =/

@DjCleric I manage it. Use the Wizard set and the increased elemental weapon drop mutation. I'm usually critting for about 15-20k by wave 50. On a good run it will be over 30,000. Yes luck is a factor, but you really do have to focus on one damage type. Pill bottle is vital too. That 80 percent damage increase is too good.
So I always use the medkit drop mutation.
I was in the top 50 at one point. I don't play much now cuz I bought a series x.
Get the plasma gun companion. Best one.
