I never knew this and i've completed the game. I work in an actual restaurant and this reminds me of all the prepping we do before rush hour starts, so this makes overcooked even more similar to an actual kitchen experience than I thought.
Kinda defeats the purpose of the game, it's more fun when you fail and have to coordinate different strategies and start the timer at the first prepared dish

Main game has 8 levels that starts time then you serve first food (1-1
,1-2,1-5,2-4,2-6,3-1,5-4,6-1) how about dlcs i don't know.

It doesn't start until you sell anything, on some levels at least, I'm not sure it applies to all of them
