This song dropped the same Friday as Eminem dropped an album and Tom held the #1 spot on iTunes for several days. At the end the dark Tom is singing to the good Tom's tune, he didn't defeat his Demons but he has them under control. Tom and Nova did this video during lock down entirely in their own home. #HOG UK

I fell down down the rabbit hole in 2018 with Everybody Hates Me. Back then there weren't that many songs that you needed to listen to to catch up, and I got to watch him rise and get famous. That song, Castles, This House still all in my top 10. So many good tracks. It's the best rabbit hole ever, the greatest, everybody says it.
I think message isn’t to defeat your demons, but acknowledge that they exist and draw from it… but maintain your self and don’t let the demon have control. This is exemplified at the end of the video during the hook when the center of the screen shows both Toms overlaid on top of each other.
i agree with you on that, but am curious if i am the only one who during the chorus hears/see's "never" instead of ever, as if the dark side is trying to make Tom doubt what he is saying.

You should check out his song Fake Fans and My Fans. It's long but it shows the relationship Tom has with HOG and why they ride so hard for him. It’s something I have never seen anything even close to it from any other artist.

I think you should check out.Straight White Male next, it leads up into the diss battles it's the song that sparked the battle. The battles start with Lethal Injection by Tom, Single White Female by Mac Lethal, then Mac Lethal Sucks by Tom.

My first exposure to Tom was from a friend that had just entered remission, that got turned onto the song ‘Cancer’, and I’ve been hooked ever since.
When I was going through a bit of personal struggle, Tom dropped ‘Fighter’ which found it’s way on loop for that entire weekend (Tom drops new songs on Fridays) and it pulled me out of that dark place.
The man (and Nova) are amazing. You have just scratched the surface of an amazing journey.

It wasn't about him fighting his inner demons. It was about getting his inner turmoil and insecurities in check. That why they both did the chorus. They were on the same page but had different ideas on how to achieve it. One wanted destruction and chaos, and the other wanted to be about being humble and doing it for friends and family.

I always figured that you never see him defeat the demon because addiction is a demon that many of us will have to live with forever. We never defeat it but we learn to put ot in a chair in the back of the room and tell it to shut up, but we always kmow it is sitting there looking at us, waiting on that moment of weakness. I think Tom has figured out how to take something ugly and turn it into something beautiful that may help someone else through their struggle. Sober and fighter are two of my favorites. When you listen to them you will understand why.

I just got done binge watching all your videos and I think it's time you start to understand the family you have just joined. A while back Tom and Nova requested that their fans send them pictures and videos to be included in a new video that they were releasing. When they started going through the submissions they realized that there was no way that they could leave everybody out even getting to the point of Tears watching the videos that the fans had sent in. The video is 18 minutes long simply because they did not want to exclude a single person's video or picture. It’s always good for someone else to remind you, your not alone. Fighting this fight. When you think your alone it seems like how could I ever win but when you know your not alone then you know there are others sharing the load. And that makes you feel like your in the foxhole with a buddy. And you will fight harder for the other guy in your foxhole than you will fight for yourself sometimes. You can never beat that demon you can only work to balance him out. Because there are times you need the fire from that demon. But unbalanced he’s dangerous.

I've watched this video probably a hundred times in reactions and every time, I find myself forgetting that they both are Tom. I know it sounds crazy but I literally forget that the demon is also Tom. I'm always thinking, "Shut up, demon, and let Tom rap," but it's already Tom rapping. I love this one because almost all of us have those inner demons playing on our insecurities and weaknesses and how bad does it suck when you wake up and they are waiting for you? By far my favorite song by Tom!! If I’m having a hard time at work and my inner demons are talking I just sing to myself I’m the best rapper ever I don’t want to be great!!
