I look forward to catching with your vids, particularly the heavy machinery ones. I surely hope that your marriage weathers this episode in life and comes out the other side stronger. Thank you for the kind words! I am very fortionate to have a great marriage (over 25 years). We just grieve two very, very different ways. Through it all we still support each other. She edits all of the tractor videos and really supports the channel, it is what my son always wanted. The channel has given us purpose in many respects. Much appreciated!
So I am on the opposite end of your spectrum... My Dad and I started a UA-cam channel because Dad said we should film this crazy stuff we are building... So we did and we had a great time doing it...Dad would always ask How many subscribers are we up to now ? and he would get a kick out of how many new subscribers we were at.... Dad passed away about 7 months ago and now I just have a big ole shop without my best friend to share it with...... I have started a few projects since his passing and I'm telling myself its in his honor... That's the only thing that gets me thru the tuff times... The best thing about youtube is Now I have a lot of videos with Dad in them that I can look back at and remember him... God Bless you in the lose of your son. and thank you for sharing your story so others can grow from it.... Rick G.

Life is not fair. I’m incredibly sorry for the loss of your son. I lost my daughter 6-1/2 years ago. I know exactly what you are feeling. My wife and I also had very different ways we dealt with grief. The pain never goes away, but you do learn how to manage it. There are still moments that bring me to tears thinking about her, it feels like yesterday that she passed. You aren’t alone. Keep your head up. Keep his memory alive, don’t feel weird talking about him. That’s how I keep my little girl alive.

I’m super sorry for your loss. I can’t imagine what you are going through. Recently subscribed to your channel, we seem to share the same interests, working on all things mechanical, especially older stuff. I have two young kids and I’d give my life if it meant saving them. Im glad you were able to be a great mentor, a great father, and a great teacher to your son to the point he was able to teach you, that’s far more life experience in the time you shared with him than a lot of kids unfortunately will ever have.
I generally don't get into all this emotional stuff, but you sir have my absolute full respect mate. Condolences to you and your family. Don't let it bring your family to it's knees.
It hurts and aches , lost my 19 year old from auto impact while walking side of road , horrible time we've had and caused my dislike for cars even more , too many people with cars that can't drive well enough . I'm a revengeful type too , but getting hit by a car is not deliberate . COVID , in my opinion is deliberate , playing with deadly Viruses and getting paid by government or Billionaires with agendas is as dark as Weather Warfare , we are getting it from both . There are so many deaths happening from Black Projects in government or Partners of government but citizens can't be accurate to blame anyone yet , you can bet all the deaths and destruction are not accidental or act of God , personally I feel the culprits will be exposed and revenge will be authorized by God ! ...................................................Rick Daly
