Yo, thanks Arx for consistent content on a character who is never meta.
They should add a special column at the end of the stats that shows that characters unique stat. Like damage amped, or healing nullified for supps. And solo kills or something for dps, to go along with mitigation for tanks. Or maybe have it be something that you can customize. Not the players themselves to show but for other players to have as their default score screen. Like I might want to see a column with how many ult kills my dps is getting, or how many players saved my supps are getting. So I can see who is being useful with their roles outside of the standard stats. And players could customize this one column depending on what they deem to be important. I'm sure there is probably lots of issues with such an idea, but its just a thought since basic damage and healing doesnt tell the whole story.
Either add this or amount of healing received.
@@Pam234 idk if that would help, you'd just get all the side queat dps complaining they don't have a healer following them everywhere, maybe for tank though
@@dash4800 I recently watched a vid on Zbra too channel and I noticed that the winning team all had worse stats than the losing enemy team, healers having almost double the stats.
The pattern I recognize in such games is that the losing team tank is getting supported well but unable to make any headway.
The winning team always had better team play and succeeded in securing key kills and the objective.
@@AkshayKumarX yeah, healing stats 100% do not represent everything. If there is no healing thats one thing. But lots of times I get people saying heal diff because one team has like 2-4k more healing. But thats just because the other team is putting out way, way more damage so there is constant healing going on.

Copying you as much as I could, I got from bronze to plat. I recently switched to Ana, a huge challenge but so rewarding when the nanoed blading Genji falls asleep, feels like 'look mom, I'm winning the game'. There should not be a scoreboard. The other day I got 2 elims on the board with 35 dmg done, literally. Most players these days consider gaming an effort and time invested, and the scoreboard is their bible.

Stat means something actually but no, it doesn't tell even half the things that happened in a game. My Moira and Tracer may have created crazy space throughout the match without getting an elim and that much of value wouldn't even be shown on the scoreboard.
An uncontested Moira is insane at dealing with the other supports. That’s a lot of resources that you’re taking away from their team.

The ability you need with Baptiste to play absolutely perfectly is far beyond human capabilities. You would need to perfectly alternate between hitting a projectile on a teammate followed by hitting a triple headshot on an opponent, constantly, whenever someone of either team is visible.
You would need perfect lamp timing and placement, window timing and placement, and perfect self positioning in order to both maximise damage against enemies and keep your team and yourself alive.
Tracer certainly has a high skill ceiling, but perfect Baptiste play is harder in my opinion because you have to track ever player on both teams and both heal and dps. Tracer doesn't need to track teammates more than any other character in the game as she doesn't need to have a direct interaction with them.
There is a veriety of value in a match that just is not shown by the stat board. Like Mei's ice wall, it can control points and the flow of enemies really well, and mess up abilities and ults by blocking los, but does not really have a stat for those things. And dva's nerf, it can make space and protect the team without getting a single kill. Example: if a mei or zarya ult locks your team in place you can nerf to keep the enemy team from being able to get free picks without risking themselves
I wish they brought back OW1s stat screen that only shows your damage, healing, objective time etc. then after the games finished, you'd see both teams stats. It feels like the current one makes people hyper focus on having a good KDR instead of focusing on playing the games objective
Thank you for making this, I'n legit plat and understand this concept fully, I see all the time my healers getting flamed for shitty stats bc the others werent paying attention to anything beyond that. If you pay attention to the game and start heighten your game sense, you start to see the actually impact that stats don't reflect
