LED's are terminal specific on ground as opposed to incadecent.. you'll have to flip them to work. Rig is looking good 🤜

On a lot of those led headlights for the Peterbilts you have to swap two of the wires in the plug on the light. That’s what I used to have to do.
I have the same headlights from the Pete in my Monte Carlo (4x6’s fit everything) the ground and power are flipped, try that next time you mess with them.
Why not use one of those 5th wheel to gooseneck adapters?

The peterbilt headlights you gotta flip the 2 wires in order for them too work bubba
Ya I had the same issue with similar headlights I put on my John Deere. Had to trace out which wire is low, high and ground and swap them around.

I had same problem with my headlights on my 379 it’s easy to make them work just have to in pin the contour and swap the 2 side connectors
They make a king pin to gooseneck adaptor plate. It’s a 10”-ish round plate that has a king pin on one side and a gooseneck ball on the other.
Dude the 05 tuning is so clean! Killer work!
You should make all the rivets in your rims gold

They make a kingpin to gooseneck adapter just slides in the fifth wheel
Take this plate off and leave the ball put a clean deck plate on it
Gold chrome is a perfect accent color it's a little much for a full wrap
The burnouts and turbo spool always get me excited 😂. Always gives me motivation to get out there and work on my projects 👍

@greg_alberalla 05 needs the converter sent to suncoast! i have the same freedom engine in my 06 and with a suncoast 23-2500 stall it brings a 488/96/1.32 single up to 25 psi pretty easily on the brakes fuel only

You should try a 359 or 351 pod design headlight for that peterbuilt
Just put a king pin style hitch in the neck and use the 5th wheel. They sell them. And it'll be more stable that way
You will need to move some of the wires around on those headlights. I've had to do that before.
Yea just gotta flip the 2 wires.. 5 minute fix max
On the lights you have to re-pin them get a test light turn on the lights see which ones low beam and highbeam then find a wire diagram for the lights and you might have to switch the pins

Probably don't want to have to swap it back and further when he doesn't want to pull with the pete
Also the gooseneck ball attachment allows for more side to side so less strain on truck frame to trailer frame than the 5th wheel adaptor

9 times out of 10 you’ve got to rewire those headlights. Don’t ask me why but every set of those Amazon lights I’ve done are never wired right.
The lights r wired right U jus have to change some of the wires around in the plugs.

Get a cover made for the fifth wheel with your logo on it. Clean all the grease off and run a pad if you had to put a fifth wheel.
LED headlights have a diff wiring than halogen. I forget which one need switched but there is a difference
I think it's the ground on the low beam side I had to switch two wires on mine
@@nicholasvella6868 I believe your correct. My truck was swapped to single instead of double headlights but I know it was the ground wire thst had to be switch and I believe it was with the low beam
