- Michael Bay is known for making movies with giant robots that utilize equally giant budgets. The latest installment of the franchise is no exception with an estimated 260 million dollar price tag. Ben and the Homemade Movies gang set out to to recreate the trailer using nothing but scrap cardboard, misc toys and a whole lot of imagination.

2:57 scene isn't Bumblebee, it's a character called 'Canopy'. Also, 5:45 isn't Optimus, it's The Ark.
Despite these minor details, that was super cool! I especially appreciate the use of 1984 Prime.

was it just easier to just Mix Bumblebee and Canopy into one costume or could you guys not tell the difference between a dying orange robot and Bumblebee?
It's obvious that when they don't really care about what they're making they don't try as hard. Then again, the Optimus Prime mask (Michael Bay version) and DIY Costume Squad costume are awsome in it.

Guys most of you are wrong and I'm gonna correct your mistakes. On the moon that wasn't Optimus that was a vanguard class starship from cybertron which was the autobots last hope near the end of the war. Also that was canopy dying not our favorite yellow friend bumblebee.
