Your mechanic guides are exactly what I needed to understand the basics, thanks! This video i think is outdated though, as the mapping system and skills have changed.
Hey I just found out you actually have to see the envoy 4-5 times before maven appears. Also some have said (this part is not confirmed) that maven first appears in T5+ maps after that
For Shaper you have to run the shaper guardian maps (T16) that are drop only (or you can buy on trade). There are 4 different types, and killing the bosses in these maps drops shaper fragments. Once you have all 4 shaper fragments you can put them in the map device to fight shaper. Similarly for Elder, there are elder influenced maps that can drop that contain elder guardians. Just like the Shaper, you have to kill 4 different ones to collect their fragments. Once you have all 4 you can put it in the map device to fight elder. Hope that helps. Cheers

How do you trigger the raven in 3.14? In about 20 maps in completed T1-5. 2 watch stones. Seen the Envoy about 3 times still nothing

Just run maps. You have to have seen the Envoy 4-5 times, and then run some tier 5+ maps before you see Maven for the first time.
