Hello! A new viewer here and I just want to say your covers are all very well-made! I usually don’t listen to covers, but this is really good. I always felt the OG version of Gekokujou has missed some of the intensity needed in the chorus, and I’m glad you conveyed An’s frustration over the lies told by the people well. It shows her conflicting emotions that are about to overwhelm her and in this cover I think it is done better than the OG version (in this, it feels the anger/frustration is continuous but in the OG it feels a bit disconnected with the “kirai kirai kirai yada” which makes me feel something is missing ig? Still not bad). Your voice is extremely powerful and I like that you also pronounced the words pretty clearly (wasn’t looking at the subtitles but I could understand nearly all of it just by listening). Thanks for this :)
Update: An’s alt vocal dropped, and yep the powerfulness and anger is delivered well. Love the JP version too now. I always come back to this cover once in a while because I love the strength and hatred in the voice in this song though.
